Notes:
* If an OS role is replicated by the mafia, the shot will be reloaded.
* The Replicator will not be informed of its identity.
* OS roles will not be consumed if they are blocked or protected against.
* Jailkeeper and Neighborizer will target a random player upon targeting an active Nexus, though the Replicator, still swapping roles with a random player, will kill the Nexus. This will consume the Replicator shot. (unless the Goon happens to gain OS Replicator)
* Nexus is unable to force a self target.
