- she was born in china but bcs of her mother's request she was raised in the philippines. they migrated in china when she was 5 years old bcs of her father's business there. her father wanted her to be a successful business woman who can follow his footsteps but cooking is amiel's passion. being gripped by her father, she finally had enough and decided to be independent and pursue her dreams. she seperated from her family and live in an apartment while taking the course of culinary. her mother supported her financially and her baby bro always cheers her up whenever they visit her (only her mom and baby bro are visiting her. her father and her 17 year old bro are salty lol. her brother is jelous because she can stand up like that from their father and she's the one who have honors and achievements in the family. but she still love her bro) that's why she's able to finish college with a diploma. after that, wanting to stay away from her father's shadow, she didn't try to apply in her father's buildings. she went in korea to find a work that her heart desires- that's when she got accepted as a chef in this hotel.

- first, she doesn't care if he's around. she's just here trying to calm herself and act professional. second, since she already had enough she confronted johnny and they started a commotion in the hotel. her 'calm self' is now gone. everytime they'll meet, she'll go berserk. but then when johnny became soft, she doesn't know how to react. she would just act her normal self but she could feel that something's building up. third, she may not show it but she's actually relying on johnny whenever she's in pain. whenever he's around she feels safe.

HOW HE ACTS AROUND YOU : first, he's just there who loves to annoy her and ask her too many nonsense questions. second, he's still there to annoy but he becomes more soft and sweet with some sudden weird punchlines and then he'll leave out of embarassment after throwing his sweet pick-up lines. third, after discovering some things about amiel, he's always there to protect her. wanting nothing just to make her happy. it's weird but he doesn't know if he's already in love.

- «WITH LOVE INTEREST » Johnny ordered a dish made especially by Amiel and then requested Amiel herself to explain the dish. Johnny asked too many nonsense questions that made Amiel annoyed that's why they started a commotion in the hotel.
- «WITH LOVE INTEREST» Johnny joined Amiel in a dinner (prepared by Amiel) with her family which didn't go well because of her father. (amiel and her bro are now okay in this scene. they're now close. although lorence is still awkward when she acts sweet around amiel, you can see that he loves his sister) Her father was like "I'm sure things didn't go easily like what you expected after you left this family." Her father kept on embarassing her and Johnny can't take it so he stand up and defended Amiel. "Sorry for ruining this wonderful dinner made by your hard-working daughter, but we have to go." And then pulled Amiel away from the place. Amiel didn't want to cry in front of Johnny after that embarassing scene but she did which just made Johnny's heart melt more.
- «WITH THE OTHER GIRLS» The day where the girls are trying to make her smile or say something funny bcs they haven't seen her like that. It's actually a bet between the girls. The one who'll make Amiel smile or laugh will have a prize. Sadly, there's no one who made her smile. But at the end of the day, while Amiel's in her room, she smiled bc she's not that dumb to realize that the girls are trying to make her smile. She actually appreciated that.
