  3. Ingredients
  4. 1/3 cup black walnuts
  5. 3 & 2/3c rolled oats
  6. 1/4tsp salt Himalayan
  7. 3/4c brown sugar
  8. 1 can apricot halves in lite syrup drained well
  9. 2tbsp molasses
  10. 1c mixed dried fruits
  11. 1/2tsp cinnamon
  12. 1/2c peanut butter

  14. Instructions
  15. Start with nuts and 1 Cup oats in food processor and pulverize to powder. Then add all remaining ingredients minus 1/2cup of the mixed dried fruits. Process till very well combined. Spread mix onto parchment paper (I laid it in a cookie sheet). Sprinkle last 1/2cup mixed fruit over top and press into mix well (I used a spatula). Planning on refrigerate overnight, uncovered and will cut into at least 12 bars.
