-	CONSTRUCTION RADIAL
	o	Clicking the Left Stick will toggle the construction radial on. The Left Stick controls the building category, while the Right Stick controls the building.
	o	Easiest way to use this is to first use the Left Stick select the category you want to select from, then release the stick. Then use the Right Stick to select which building you want.
	o	The selection of the building will occur when you release the Right Stick.
