> We hope you are staying safe in this challenging time. Please find new emergency restrictions, beginning tomorrow, below. These restrictions have been discussed and approved by our Board of Directors and KW Property Management.

> We understand these measures may be inconvenient, but during the COVID-19 pandemic and a time of national, state, and local emergency they are important to protect our community. Our goal is to minimize the possibility of introducing the COVID-19 Coronavirus from outside sources.

> Valet Parking Restrictions – Starting tomorrow, March 19 our Valet Attendants will be in the porte cochere directing our visitors to "self-park" in the yellow valet spaces in our garage. They will not be driving vehicles, as we want to minimize their possible exposure to the virus.

> Outside Contractors Prohibited – Outside contractors will not be permitted starting tomorrow, March 19. This means that only contractors performing emergency work will be allowed on the property. Ocean Tower Two Association contractor work will be minimized after tomorrow's pest service. Exterior services for the Association such as landscape maintenance will continue as they do not require access inside the building.

> Massage Therapists, Dog Walkers, and Tutors are Prohibited – Starting tomorrow March 19 Massage Therapists, Dog Walkers, and Tutors will not be permitted.

> Medical Personnel are Permitted – Medical personnel, doctors, nurses, and medical therapists will always be permitted.

> Housekeepers are Prohibited starting Friday, March 20 – We appreciate how important your Housekeepers are; however, they are outside contractors who could possibly introduce the virus to our community. Starting Friday, March 20 non-resident Housekeepers will not be permitted.
