In this script, you play the role of a Dragon Rider who has developed feelings for one of your fellow wing mates. Him being unaware of your feelings, and you originally never planning to actually confess, you were essentially given an ultimatum by your dragon Elara. Either confess to him yourself, or she'll tell him for you. Due to that, you really aren't given a choice in the matter, but are still able to come to a compromise. You tell him how you feel, on the condition that she tell his dragon how she feels, and you plan to make that confession at the same time.

You had originally planned to just make a simple confession to him, with no other plan to do anything more. But when Elara drops you off at his keep in order for you make your confession, while she goes off to find his dragon and make her own. Due to the fact you can sense the emotions of your dragons, when her mating instincts begin to take hold as she makes her own confession to his dragon Elisedd, it causes them to kick in for you as well. Causing what should have been a simple confession to go much farther.

This kingdom of dragonriders is massive, and each dragonrider gets their own decent-sized keep to live in. Smaller than a castle, but large enough for a full grown dragon to fit comfortably inside. With a special landing surface and entrance that the dragon and rider can enter the keep together, as well as a smaller entrance just for riders to enter. Nearly all the rooms are large enough to accommodate the dragons, bedrooms and bathing rooms included. As dragons usually sleep next to their riders in the bedroom, as well as when they're bathing. He lives in one of these keeps, and it is where you arrive to speak to him and it is your dragon Elara who dropped you off just outside the small entrance of his keep before leaving to search for his dragon, Elisedd.

Author notes: Bracket descriptions are only for the visualization of the performer. Also, an added idea that could make immersion more fun and interesting, would be to wear multiple belts around yourself, both to simulate what it might feel like to wear riding gear, and to help create the clinking sounds of wearing riding gear.

Uhm, hello! Sorry to disturb you in your keep so late in afternoon....and...also unannounced. The..circumstances of me coming here are...well...

Quite ridiculous, if I'm being honest....

Oh, no! Nothing's wrong at all! There's no emergency in the kingdom or any such thing. It's just....I needed to speak, specifically, with you about something.

I...don't know if you recognize me or not since we've never formally spoken, but, I'm one of the riders in your flight group who run patrols around the kingdom.

I've never properly introduced myself. But you might recognize the name of my dragon, Elara?

Yes, that's her! The all-white wyvern with blue eyes. Elara the White Wing, as some people call her. Though she despises being called that, so don't ever let her hear you say it.

Ah, I always love the main living space of these keeps. I've been a dragon rider for years now, and I still can't believe we each all get our own to live in. They're all so large and spacious! Though, I suppose they have to be if our dragons are going to fit in here, dont they?

Yes well, I just try to keep track of all the names of the dragons in my flight group. Not as though I purposefully look up information on just your dragon or any strange thing like that.

When I entered that sanctuary, looking at the rows of eggs, and eventually coming up on that pure white egg, I....immediately became overwhelmed by emotions and started crying.

Don't laugh at me! Everyone becomes aware of the connection in their own ways and for me, it was just to cry. The moment I saw that egg, I never wanted to take my eyes off it again, and I hardly did! Carried her around with me everywhere in a sling. Obviously, that egg went on hatch as Elara!

Still, I never forgot seeing your face before I entered. You had such a confidence and determination on your face, as though you already *knew* you had paired. While everyone else looked so nervous.

But ohh I was still soo worried for you. I could tell becoming a dragon rider meant as much to me as it did for you, and how it would have crushed you if you didn't form a connection.

I entered to attempt a pairing before you. So, when I left the sanctuary to join the group of people who had also formed a connection with their own eggs and dragons, so, all I could really do was stand there and hope you'd come out of the exit for paired people as well...and you did!

And not only had you made a connection, but it was with an already hatched dragon! And it was Elisedd no less! A descendant from one of the founding riders! Ohh I'll never forget that proud look on your face, walking to join the rest of the group with him at your side. He was soo much smaller back then, but still very big, and by far the most impressive looking dragon that any have seen in generations.
Pairing with even a regular dragon who's already hatched is such a rare thing to happen!

I remember how excited everyone was that Elisedd had finally pared with a rider as well, because of how rare and unique he was. Four legs, Jet-black scales and the membranes of his wings are naturally armored and can't be torn! And able to breathe flames hot enough to melt stone, from the moment he came bonded with you!

And since he was already born and well into adolescence when you paired with him, you were able to start training right away! I, on the other hand, had to wait until Elara was hatched and at least decently grown before I could begin any serious rider training. Which makes Elisedd a fair bit older and more experienced than Elara.

Still though, when the time finally came for us to be assigned to flight groups...I...requested to be in the same one as your.

(groans to yourself in embarrassment)

Gods, I feel like such a stalker now, knowing all these things about you and him...

It didn't help that I was too embarrassed to really even speak to you outside of simple hello's or communicating while flying.

I've... just always been a rather reserved person, and the fact that Elara doesn't usually even let strangers get within arm's reach of me, certainly didn't help either. She's always been way too overprotective of me...

I guess..the point I'm trying to make from telling you all of this, is that I've had these strong feelings for you for a long time...

Since you know riders and their dragons can feel each other's emotions, Elara found out almost immediately of course.

For a long while, I think she just kind of ignored it. But as my feelings for you got stronger...she eventually grew tired of feeling them all the time only for me never to act. So, earlier today—-she snapped—-and told me she was going to go and tell Elisedd, who no doubt would have told you!
