  1. What is Steven Universe Unleashed?: Steven Universe Unleashed is my concept for an Adult Swim continuation for Steven Universe where Steven, now eighteen and returning to Beach City from his journey of self discovery, is still going through some issues involving dreams where he’s confronted with his Monster form (now known colloquially as Stevenzilla). It’s returning to his home of Beach City/Little Homeworld where he is confronted with new villains that threaten the peaceful utopia he has created for humans and Gems, these new villains being both Gem and Human alike and more powerful and evil than anything else Steven has face, push the limits of Steven’s compassion and mercy and as he is forced to fight these new enemies and protect his friends while balancing his personal life as his relationship with Connie starts to become more intimate, his inner monster starts to come back out and take form, his emotions and testosterone start to go out of control, Steven’s limbs growing into monstrous ones when he is angered or stress and breathing laser-like flames when at his boiling point. Can Steven conquer his inner monster? Or does he simply have to learn to live with it?

  3. Steven Universe Unleashed is meant to be a more action-oriented and grittier SU that still retains the core themes and ideals it’s predecessors had. Much like the Adult Swim revival of Samurai Jack, SU: Unleashed is meant for an older audience but doesn’t go “too far” with it’s mature content, retaining the spirit of the original shows while having more freedom to show and say more to it’s audience and go a bit darker with it’s themes and stories.

  5. - Gem Villains
  6.
  7. The Faux Gems: An “evil” trio of Gems that were created when an Injector, a device designed to create Gems from the natural earth and soil of a planet, was brought into Empire City to be placed into a museum but accidentally activated, resulting in the creation of three reject “faux” Gems created from the artificial material of the urban jungle and possessing the power to shape and control the material they are composed of at will. The Faux Gems are a trio of violent anarchists who cause mayhem and chaos in a bid to fight back against a world they feel they don’t belong in as they are neither human or “true” Gem. This trio of Gem punks is composed of Concrete (voiced by Cree Summer) the hulking powerhouse of cinderblock with a good heart, Glass (voiced by Gwendolyn Yeo); the swift and exceedingly deadly primadonna, and Silicon (voiced by Mary Elizabeth McGlynn); the no-nonsense leader with powerful Magnokinetic abilities. Like all Gems, These vandal rejects are eventually redeemed and befriended by Steven.
  8.
  9. Black Pearl: “That”s CAPTAIN Black Pearl to you ya’ salty carbuncle!”. Captain Black Pearl (voiced by DeeDee Magno basically doing a Jack Sparrow impression) was a Pearl who ran away from her abusive owner many centuries ago after stealing a Gem airship. She came to Earth during the age of pirates and assumed this was just what humans are like and decided to become a pirate herself to blend in where she would soon find that the life of a pirate is the life for her. Her airship, being loaded with one-use Mini Injectors (each one capable of creating a single Gem) created a cutthroat crew of Carnelians, Emeralds, Spodumenes, Bixbites, Era I Peridots and Pearls with a single Champagne Sapphire as her advisor. Over the centuries, Black Pearl became such a notorious pirate that most believed her to be just a myth, she and her crew having ravaged the seas and skies alike for centuries, Black Pearl even claims to have taught Blackbeard everything he knew. In modern times, she and her crew still commit acts of piracy, stockpiling riches and plundering islands and villages, their latest hit being Little Homeworld, bringing her and the Gemstone Pirates to Steven and crew’s attention. Black Pearl, having centuries of pirating experience, is a worthy opponent, being highly proficient in using swords and daggers, firearms, explosives and hand-to-hand combat as well. Unlike most Pearls who are prim and proper, Black Pearl is rude, crude and loves food and drink to a gluttonous degree and her greed knows no bounds, when she senses treasure, nothing can stand in her way! Although starting as an enemy and having multiple confrontations with Steven, Black Pearl eventually becomes a friend and ally to Steven and the others.
  10.
  11. Color Change Sapphire: As surprising as it sounds, there is one Gem who was not happy with the positive changes made in Gem society after the Diamonds stepped down from power, Color Change Sapphire (voiced by Erica Luttrell) was something of a political advisor to a Morganite, a high ranking class of Gems some considered second only to the Diamonds in the previous Gem social ladder and was highly displeased with the paradigm shift regardless of the peace and happiness it has brought to Gem society as well as humanity, having very old fashioned beliefs in that the old ways provided structure and order and that the new era has turned her once strong and respectable kind into “degenerate hippies” and blames Steven and humanity as a whole by affiliation for destroying Gem society in her eye, driving her to want to set things back to where how things used to be, back when “things made sense”. Color Change Sapphire possesses unprecedented shapeshifting abilities for a Sapphire, not only being able to perfectly mimic the appearance of other beings and creatures even possessing the ability to change her own colors, thus her name, allowing her to convincingly blend in with a crowd of humans or take the identities of others. Color Change Sapphire uses trickery and political manipulation to trick humans and Gems alike in an attempt to divide the two and encourage Gems to go back to their previous ways, such as posing as the very anti-gem human political leader Cipher Swaggert to instigate an anti-gem agenda into humans or as Gold Zircon, an “honest and humble” Zircon running for mayor of Little Homeworld who subtly weaves anti-human ideals into the public. Also, being a type of Sapphire, Color Change has Future Vision which she uses to analyze the outcomes of particular strategies and avoid making mistakes or be caught, she is however slightly more limited to how many possibilities she can see at once compared to our Sappnire or Garnet for that matter. Of course, Color Change actually does have some supporters that know of her true identity and help in her cause as they share the same ideals, such as Jasper who feels that Gems have lost touch with their inner warriors, Holly Blue Agate who just wants to be in a position of power and be taken seriously again and Bluebird Azurite who’s in on the conspiracy just to spite Steven. Cold, calculating, methodical and very deeply sated in her beliefs and ideals, Color Change Sapphire would prove to be one of the most difficult Gems for Steven to resolve up issues with peacefully and redeem, but she’s nothing compared to what would be Steven’s biggest Gem threat to date…
  12.
  13. Blood Diamond: This enigmatic “fifth Diamond” (voiced by Johnathan Young) seemingly came out of nowhere and declared Earth as their own. Armed with an entire armada of armed starships, an army of monstrous “Blood” Gems (Blood Jasper, Blood Peridot etc.) and an arsenal of deadly powers and weaponry far beyond what other Diamonds possess and declared that they will be the one and true ruler of Gemkind. Blood Diamond is a callous and violent Gem that claims they were born to dominate and conquer and that they reflect the true nature of Gemkind and encourages other Gems to join their ranks or be destroyed and it’s their convictions of this that has made them the toughest for Steven to try and defeat peacefully and redeem as they have tested the limits of Steven’s compassion and mercy many times due to their violent actions and evil deeds. Blood Diamond, who is very much inspired by Dr. Frank-N-Furter in terms of design and mannerisms has the power to generate and control a blood-like acidic poison that Blood Diamond calls “Bad Blood” which corrodes all organic matter it touches and corrupts Gems into their mindless, rampaging Blood counterparts much like Blood Diamond’s army as well as a destructive, ballistic scream and singing voice that destroys anything caught in the radius of their blood-red sound waves. Also having a vampire theme to their design and aesthetics, Blood Diamond can also create swarms of bat-like creatures from his Bad Blood to attack enemies and devour matter in seconds. Blood Diamond’s weapon is a battle axe that doubles as an electric guitar that he can use to project destructive sonic attacks similar to his deadly scream. Is is revealed that Blood Diamond was born from and is composed entirely out of the toxic contents of multiple Injectors that broke open on a distant planet that was never colonized, being born from the red liquid like primordial soup along with the other Blood Gems some time after their birth. Blood Diamond especially has a vendetta towards the Gems, them claiming the Diamonds rejected them from joining their ranks as a true Diamond when they confronted them centuries ago, not taking them seriously and still reeling from the loss of Pink. Can Steven touch the heart of this toxic conqueror or will this be the first truly villainous and evil Gem that is beyond redemption?
  14.
  15. - Human Villains
  16.
  17. The Elementrio: A trio of scientists turned super villain convicts who use exo-suits that use Gems as a power source and to harness the abilities of these elemental Gems for their own use. This trio of villains is composed of the cold-blooded Big Freeze (voiced by Carey Means) who uses the gem of a Snowflake Obsidian to utilize powerful Cryokinetic and cold-based powers, the hotheaded wise-ass Big Heat (voiced by Dana Snyder) who uses the Gem of a Mexican Fire Topaz to gain Pyrokinesis and heat-based abilities and the adrenaline junkie, wild card Big Shock (voiced by Dave Willis) who has Electrokinetic and Magnokinetic powers by harnessing the power of a Lightning Chrysocolla. The Elementrio were once revered chemical engineers who worked together to build new technology with the intention of making the world a better place but lost their credibility after they were exposed to have connections with the mob, doing “favors” for them for payment in return and using the money to fund their projects. The trio spent years trying to find lost Gem technology they could use for their own nefarious purposes and to say they hit the jackpot when they discovered three bubbled Gems in a forgotten Gem shrine is an understatement. They built exo-suits to harness the powers of these Gems and went into business for themselves, in other words they became super-powered criminals who would use their newfound abilities to commit heists and become filthy rich, their altruistic intentions being destroyed, money, riches and power is now the trio’s main goal and the one thing that makes them tolerate one another in order to get it. Despite being scientists with genius level intellects, they are gangsters and thugs at their core, willing to do anything to get what they want, no matter who’s lives, human or otherwise they put in harm’s way in order to get it. Despite their amazing abilities, cunning intellect and many successful high-scale heists and robberies being pulled before targeting Beach City and Little Homeworld, the trio often bicker with another and end up fighting each other rather than their enemies. Their lack of cooperation eventually being their downfall when they fought Steven and the Gems. Even after being defeated by Steven and the Gems that powered their suits being freed, it wouldn’t be the last he hears from them as the constant exposure to the energy radiated from the Gems every time they used their powers mutated their human cells, giving them their respective Gem powers at the cost of Big Freeze and Big Heat needing to constantly be in freezing and boiling hot temperatures respectively to survive and Big Shock needing constant energy or stimulation to not pass out from exhaustion just by standing around, thus leading them to create new suits that provide these conditions for them, they sought revenge against Steven and the Gems for making them look like fools. The trio would also manufacture new weapons that used their elemental powers as conduits such as ray guns and grenades that utilized their respective elemental powers. These three are the first human villains Steven have ever faced and they’re not the last…
  18.
  19. Stag The Hunter: Jack Stagsworth (voiced by John DiMaggio) who prefers to go by his moniker “Stag” is the self proclaimed, greatest hunter in the world, although ”World’s Greatest Poacher” may be a more suiting title as Stag has made a career as the world’s most infamous poacher and criminal game hunter, having hunted multiple animals under the endangered animals list, sold rare animals on the black market and as rumor has it, singlehandedly drove an entire species of predatory bird to extinction. Having also amassed an impressive collection of trophies from his long career of unauthorized hunting expeditions and all to enforce his philosophy that man was put on this Earth to assert their dominance over nature as the alpha species and appease his own toxic masculinity-ridden ego. Having become bored with hunting the same tigers and gators, the bloodthirsty Australian poacher has set his eyes on new prey, prey that no other man on Earth has dared to hunt, Gems. Having discovered a lost Gemship during one of his expeditions, Stag stripped it down and forged the metal into an arsenal of bladed weaponry and picked up a Destabilizer Wand for good measure. Stag has also synthesized an extremely potent serum made from rare and very illegal plants that when ingested, exponentially amplifies his muscle mass and his aggression, allowing him to fight on equal grounds with the likes of Jasper with bestial strength and might, his nails and teeth even extending into claw and fang-like forms. Even without his serum, Stag is exceptionally strong, possessing a level of strength above most humans, being capable of wrestling lions, tigers and gators and even killing them with his bare hands, being highly proficient in Greco-style wrestling as well and possessing keen senses and hunting instincts. Stag’s violent, bloodthirsty nature and refusal to back down from hunting Steven’s family drove Steven to become so angry that he partially transformed into his monster form and brutalized Stag, having nearly killed him. Stag got away and was inspired by Steven’s monstrous transformation to set his sights on him instead, having sworn to never stop until he has killed Steven and mounted his head on his wall!
  20.
  21. Bro Fist: Brody McPhist (voiced by Patrick Warburton) is a crime lord and anarchist who leads a gang known as The Bros who’s main goal is to simply “bro out” and cause as much mayhem as possible wherever they go, fueled by energy drinks, heavy metal and pure testosterone. Bro Fist is a hyper-masculine criminal anarchist that seeks to spread his philosophy of “bro-ness” through causing anarchy and panic with his “Bros” and exerting their masculinity over others to prove their dominance over “pansies” and “wimps” Bro Fist and his gang have a punk/heavy metal, wastelander aesthetic which matches perfectly with their wild and anarchy-loving personas and goals. Bro Fist has gained an interest Steven Universe, believing he has great potential in being a bro but thinks Gems, especially the Crystal Gems are holding him back and making him “frilly” and seeks to reverse this, it is witnessing Steven’s Stevenzilla form and powers that cemented Bro Fist’s vision for Steven, believing Stevenzilla to be his “true self” and seeks to help him embrace it. Bro Fist, being a towering mountain of muscle, possesses a great level of physical strength significantly above most other humans and is a worthy adversary on hand-to-hand combat, being highly proficient in wrestling and street fighting, as well as having skill in using several different weapons such as a wide range of firearms including his powerful, custom-made Minigun that he created plus a massive, spiked wrecking ball and chain however, he isn’t just some muscle head as he is also exceptionally intelligent and talented in many forms of science, particularly chemistry and engineering. Bro Fist’s seemingly superhuman strength as well as his incredible durable and stamina is due to his unique body chemistry, Brody possesses an exceptionally high amount of testosterone in his body, his testosterone is so potent in fact that his sweat is laced with critically high amounts of Brody’s unique testosterone and takes an orange coloration, said sweat has mind altering qualities on others. Those who make prolonged contact with Brody’s testosterone-laced sweat or get the slightest whiff his equally potent body odor will become extremely and stereotypically masculine and violent as well as incredibly strong just like Brody and his followers who all take frequent hits of Bro Fist’s unique sweat to keep themselves aggressive and manly and thus, stay as Bros. Bro Fist has learned to weaponize his sweat to turn others into Bros, using it in grenades and firearms that fire sweat-filled capsules and he also makes a fortune selling his sweat as a powerful performance enhancing drug and masculinity enhancing “supplement” which is just one of many criminal activities he specializes in, his most recent and most lucrative criminal escapade being the smuggling, re-engineering and selling of Gem technology on the black market. Bro Fist has since started using Homeworld for his criminal activities such as smuggling Gem technology and other resources from Homeworld and selling them on the black market and even creating new, powerful weaponry that he arms himself and his army of Bros with. It’s with his access to Gem resources that Bro Fist has manufactured a whole line firearms enhanced with Gem tech including a heavily enhanced version of his trademark minigun that now fires bullets of light energy at a rapid fire pace and his high-powered gauntlets he calls his “Bro Fists” which are powerful enough to keep him on even grounds with Garnet. It is Bro Fist’s black market selling of Gem tech that has made him the catalyst for some of Steven’s enemies, as many have acquired powerful technology from Bro Fist to become the villains they are. Bro Fist is one of Steven’s most dangerous enemies, strong, violent, but also intelligent and cunning and constantly seeking to encourage Steven to embrace his inner masculinity and “unleash the beast”.
  22.
  23. Crystal Empress: Amber Grandiosa (voiced by Grey DeLisle) is a world renown fashion mogul who’s fame and wealth created by her illustrious career as Empire City’s greatest fashion designer is exceeded only by her size, towering at 6’5 and tipping the scales at nearly 500 pounds. Unbeknownst to the public, Amber Grandiosa is obsessed with Gems and Gem culture, not only using them as inspiration for her clothing but also harboring a secret collection of Gem artifacts retrieved from black market auctions. Amber’s obsession with the Gems and her romanticized outlook on their culture and aesthetics combined with her royalty complex has driven her to a desire to become a Diamond and the first human to be one as the Diamonds have stepped down and who else better but a woman of wealth, power and size to match such as her would be fit to lead? To instill her rightful place of Gemkind’s new ruler, Amber fashioned jewelry made from “magic” crystals endowed with great power, imported from Homeworld and curtesy of Bro Fist. Wearing these crystals gave Amber incredible strength and speed on par with a Quartz-type Gem as well as many different powers such as light manipulation, light solidification and light-based attacks, telekinesis, and creating illusions. Being completely absorbed by her own vanity and avarice, utterly drunk with power and being in possessing great power that rivals Steven’s own, Crystal Empress is one of Steven’s most powerfuo and unhinged villains which is saying a lot considering her predecessors. Amber also wishes to make Steven her head knight, his strength and power being of great interest to her. Aside from her resources and incredible power, Amber has shown to be very cunning as well as possessing great knowledge on Gems and their history, culture and technology far exceeding any human, this race of alien Amazon woman being her driving obsession for many years.
  24.
  25. Drama Queen: Audrey Valentine (voiced by Tara Strong) is a rich, snobby and self-absorbed socialite with an impressive online following, having formed a career in creating and instigating drama and toxicity online, using her exceptional hacking skills and understanding of digital technology to help in this. Audrey set her sights on Steven, thinking that he’s cute and dating a “super hero” would be good for clout. Naturally she was turned down as Steven was already dating Connie. The entitled Audrey, having never been said no to in her entire life until now, legitimately snapped and developed a yandere personality, deciding to completely setting her sights on making Steven her’s. Becoming the super villain Drama Queen, Audrey is now determined to ruin Steven’s life and his relationship to Connie so she can have him all to herself and more than willing to destroy Steven emotionally and socially in order to do so. Having the ability to hack and control any phone, computer, security camera etc. Drama Queen has eyes everywhere and she spies on Steven and others constantly to find good material for her livestreams. Drama Queen also utilizes a surprisingly high-tech Megaman-esque suit and headgear that assists her in her hacking activities and keeps her connected to the internet and her livestreams 24/7. Drama Queen has become a frequent foe to Connie as well for obvious reasons.
  26.
  27. The Brain: Brian Crosswire, (voiced by Eddie Deezen) despite being around Steven’s age is a robotics and engineering prodigy with an estimated IQ of 290 that was originally arranged to be Connie’s boyfriend by her parents when they were younger before Steven came into the picture. Initially trying to best Steven and win Connie’s heart back using his ingenious inventions, Brian completely went over the edge when Connie chose Steven over him, letting his entitlement and egomania convince him that he just needs to “try harder”. With his heart broken and blaming Steven, Brian, or “The Brain” as most people call him, decided to make his life mission to destroy Steven and win back Connie, completely disregarding her decision. Using his immense intellect and access to parts and resources thanks to his family’s wealth, Brian would invent a multitude of inventions to fight Steven such as his robotic or “Mecha” versions of Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, a Mecha Godzilla-esque duplicate of Steven’s monster form, even going as far as creating a robotic duplicate of Connie that is indistinguishable from the real deal, which he uses as his personal maid. Brian’s intellect and inventing prowess is so great that he eventually got his hands on Gem tech and used it to create a pocket watch-like device that allowed him to tap into and control all matter of gem technology and integrate them into his robots. Although having his robots do most of the fighting for him, Brain has still utilized weaponry for himself whenever he needed to get his hands dirty such as his highly advanced, cybernetic backpack outfitted with extending robotic tentacles and other devices, attack drones, weaponized vehicles and even flat out ray guns of his creation. Although considering himself the true victim at first, Brian eventually embraced his role as “the bad guy” and became The Brain, and wore a villainous, cybernetically enhanced costume and everything, determined to destroy that “woman stealing brute” Steven and prove brains is better than brawn and maybe win back Connie in the process.
  28.
  29. Candyman: Wilbur Wunder (voiced by Jeff Bennett) is an accomplished candy mogul who’s confections is beloved all over the world but is always trying to outdo himself and his competitors with new and innovative sweets. He went to an expedition on an island looking for exotic ingredients for his candy, there he found a Gem laboratory long forgotten and fully stocked with mysterious Gem chemicals and plant life altered by experiments. Ever the capitalist, Wilbur started to experiment to see if he could make treats from these alien chemicals (what could go wrong?). Months later, loads of Wunder LLC. candy were given out to Beach City and Little Homeworld as a promotional stunt by mysterious masked associates of Wunder where the citizens both human and Gem alike started to experience extreme, adverse effects. Human started growing horns and extra limbs or started to float and couldn’t come back down and Gems’ solid light bodies started to transform into different kinds of candy. Steven and tram decided to go to Wilbur’s factory and investigated where they were than greeted by the now more unhinged confectioner, his brain chemistry becoming completely altered to a deranged mad man from taste testing Gem chemicals. His associates turn out, to be Imp-like creatures of his design made from peanut butter called “Goobers” which he created in the Gem lab he discovered. Wilbur reveals his plan to transform Gems into candy so that he can harvest them and sell the candy made from their bodies all over the world, his delicious “Candied Gems” sure to make him infamous in the confectionery market in his lost mind. After fighting Steven with his arsenal of candy-based weaponry, he accidentally tripped into a vat of boiling sugar mixed with Gem chemicals and Steven was too late to save him. However, weeks later it’s revealed Wilbur not only survived but was transformed into a invulnerable, shapeshifting abomination made entirely out of candy and chocolate! After being transformed into a monster and loosing his entire business for releasing dangerous products, Wilbur swore revenge on Steven and his newfound abilities makes him a greater threat than ever before.
  30.
  31. Shatter: Maya Pryde (voiced by Candi Milo) was a boastful, prideful female powerlifter and mixed martial artist of Afro-Caribbean descent who was revered as being the world’s strongest woman, capable of pulling a semi-truck by a hand several feet with minimal effort and punching with a force of up to 200,000 psi. Maya would receive a massive blow to her ego when she was bested in a deadlift contest by Garnet who was apprehensive to compete to begin with but was pushed to by Maya’s arrogant instigating, confident that she was so strong that she could beat a Gem in a test of strength. Maya went ballistic from this lost as she worked too hard to become the world’s strongest woman to be showed up by some “alien puta”. One night, while Maya was pushing the limits of her body vehemently working out, she was approached by Stag The Hunter who claimed to have seen the whole ordeal of her lost and has the answer to her problem. Stag presents Maya with an even stronger variation of his homemade steroid that would boost Maya’s strength far beyond anything she could thought was possible so that she can get her revenge on Garnet, with the condition that he leaves Steven to him. Maya agreed without giving it a second thought. Stag gave her the serum and even the recipe, Maya then jury rigged a gas mask-like apparatus with plastic tubes connected to a whole vat of Stag’s super serum that she carried on her back that would directly feed the serum to Maya at the pushed of a button on the back of the mask’s neck. From then on, Maya became the muscle bound berserker, Shatter who’s one goal was to destroy not only Garnet but ALL Gems so that she could stand unopposed the world’s… no the Galaxy’s Strongest Woman, this however came at a great price as she became hopelessly addicted to the serum and she would suffer from intense muscle pain, chills and decreased cognitive abilities every time she used it, effects Stag was fully aware of but omitted, using her as a pawn in order to get to Steven. Despite this however, Shatter’s pride has forever blinded her and she will not stop using the serum until she has shattered all Gems in her path and reduced Little Homeworld to rubble with her bare hands, having her wrathful eyes on Steven as well, who overpowered and defeated her after going Monster Mode and nothing drives Maya Pride more crazy than losing to a man!
  32.
  33. Bubble Man: Arnold Bobble (voiced by Richard Horvitz) was a mild-mannered guy in his 40’s with a nine to five job he hated and generally had really bad luck, everything bad that would happen to him would inadvertently be caused by Steven, the Gems or Steven’s now many villains. After losing his job and his girlfriend both because of Gem shenanigans, Arnold finally lost it and wanted nothing more than to get back at the Gems and the boy who’s entire reason for making him run late to work due to a fight with the Elementrio, Steven. But what can Arnold do? He has no special powers, he’s not lucky enough to stumble upon Gem bullshit like Steven’s other human rogues? Arnold felt trapped until Bro Fist approached him, telling him he can supply him with some Gem tech he scored for his “services” in return, Arnold thought he’d know better than to trust a known crimelord and anarchist but he was so swallowed with hate and sorrow that he agreed. Bro Fist gave him a giant, scepter-like bubble wand and a massive bottle of magic bubble liquid capable of producing bubbles that can trap and contain Gems no matter how strong they are on the condition that Arnold used it to trap Steven and bring him to Bro Fist and in return, Arnold will finally be free of him and he can do whatever he wanted to the others in Little Homeworld. Arnold agreed and decided to go further as he always prided himself in being careful and calculating and didn’t want anything left to chance so he busted out an old chemistry set he had as a kid with a surprisingly stocked set of chemical compounds. He mixed his chemical concoctions with samples of the bubble liquid to create a large variety of different “trick” bubble liquid capable of creating different types of bubbles with different functions such as Pyro Bubbles, Acid Bubbles, electrified Thunder Bubbles, explosive Boom Bubbles etc. he then was outfitted with a special suit and belt with a dial that allowed him to switch between the different types of bubble liquid at will and made quick work of Steven and the Gems, being a surprisingly effective villain, leaving the four to having to be rescued by Connie, Peridot, Lapis and Bismuth. After his defeat, Bubble Man escaped using the large bubble liquid bottle that was fashioned into a bubble powered jet pack, swearing that he would get his revenge. Aside from his bubble wand, bubble pack and multi-use bubble liquid, Bubble Man also has a Bubble Gun that fires his different types of bubbles as projectiles, Bubble Bombs resembling potion bubbles filled with his bubble liquid and a pair of glasses that use bubbles as lenses to enhance his eyesight (he’s as blind as a bat without glasses).
  34.
  35. Toy Master: To say Joseph Petto (voiced by Tom Kenny) is a child at heart is an understatement. Joseph Petto was a brilliant toy inventor who was founder and head of his own toy production company Imagination Innovation Inc. and his factory was a sight to behold, looking like something out a Dr. Seuss book, the machine that built this toys looking like giant toys themselves and his creations were beloved by children all over the world as his one and only goal in life was to make children happy and bring life in what he believes is a dark and cruel world. Joseph Petto believes that adults are all evil and corrupt and that children are the one and truly pure thing on this earth and eventually the world will only hurt and disappoint them and corrupt them and turn them into cynical, evil adults as well, with this belief in mind, Joseph wants to protect children from the adult world and preserve their innocence which inspired him to become the Toy Master. Dressed as a cyberpunk harlequin/jester and armed with an expansive arsenal of weaponized toys and deadly toy and gag weaponry such as jet planes capable of firing live ammunition, spinning tops outfitted with sawblades and robotic teddy bears capable of mauling a grown man to death. These weaponized toys of his design were created to attack adults he feel contribute to the corruption of the world and hurting children. Toy Master’s main goal however was to protect children and make them happy, doing so by “whisking them away” to a world of his creation located in his factory where they can play every day and know only peace and joy, specifically targeting children who are orphans or came from broken or neglectful homes. The toy attacks and kidnappings have gotten so bad that Connie’s police officer father, Doug enlisted Steven and team’s help as Toy Master is just too dangerous for regular police to handle. Toy Master was non-violent and even welcoming of Steven at first as he was still considered child in his eyes but refused to cooperate with the Gems as he considers them just as bad as adults as they are essentially “born adults” and he himself says he “doesn’t trust anyone over the age of eighteen”. Although Steven tried to resolve things peacefully, Joseph was obviously very mentally unbalanced and refused to listen to Steven’s plea to let the children go and attacked him with his high-tech toys, his greatest invention being a gigantic, robotic puppet version of his Toy Master persona. Toy Master was defeated but Steven would only gain a new powerful enemy as Joseph was no so distraught, sad and furious at Steven that he swore he would get back at him and his Gem friends and that nothing will stand in his way from protecting children from the evils of the adult world.
  36.
  37. Insect Queen: Cree “Pamela” Cruller (voiced by Melissa Fahn) is a socially awkward girl from Connie’s college who prefers the company of insects and spiders than people, her fascination and odd kinship with arthropods has gained her notoriety around Connie’s college as the strange, creepy emo girl who likes bugs too much, her only human friend being Connie herself. Cree was pushed over the edge one day when the campus’ resident mean girl crushed her pet cockroach, legitimately mourning the death of one of her insect friends, Cree ran away sobbing loudly before Connie could consult her. When the college campus took a trip to Little Homeworld to study Gem culture, the entire town was attacked by immense swarm of multiple insect species of all kinds, locusts, termites, roaches you name it. The culprit of this arthropoda invasion is known other than Cree P. Cruller, riding on a mass of centipedes and worms, dressed in a high-tech insect-themed outfit complete with helmet, bug-eyed goggles and armed with a scepter. Using her advanced knowledge of insects and arthropoda biology as well as being a chemical engineering prodigy, Cree became the insect supremacist, Insect Queen. Now as Insect Queen, Cree aims to get her revenge on humanity for their cruel treatment of her precious insects and be feared by everyone for once, rather than the other way around by utilizing a synthesized insect pheromone-laced suit and a scepter that generates insect pheromones, allowing her to command all insects in her vicinity to her will. Limited not only to insects, Insect Queen supremacy expands to all species of Arthropoda including spiders, centipedes, millipedes, crabs, isopods and other crustaceans as well. Despite Connie’s pleading and attempts to appeal to Cree’s humanity, she was no longer her friend, she was friend to no human, she is now Insect Queen. After being defeated by Connie and Steven, her pheromone technology was destroyed in the process and yet she was still carried away by a swarm of insects as if they were saving her, there she discovered her constant exposure to insect pheromones made all of arthropod kind now follow her every command and protect her vehemently from all threats, she was now a true queen of insects and her resolve to prove their superiority over humans was only strengthened.
  38.
  39. Bombshell: Mildred Plastique (voiced by Wendie Malick) is a dangerous, adrenaline chasing, anarchy loving sociopath who sees blowing shit up as an art form. Despite being in her sixties, Mildred Plastique, or Bombshell as she prefers to go by is a domestic terrorist and anarchist who’s been making a career of causing total destruction with her expansive arsenal of handmade explosives and explosive weaponry for the fun of it since the 50’s using her decades of demolitions expertise and her background of being a spy and espionage artist also helps. Having an interest in explosions and fire even at a very young age, seeing beauty in the dancing flames or finding it utterly fascinating how even the largest and mightiest of structures can be reduced to nothing in the blink of an eye. Setting her sights on Little Homeworld as her next demolitions sight, seeing it as untapped potential in the beautiful explosions that could be made from it but this isn’t her first encounter with Gemkind. Much to Steven’s surprise, The Crystal Gems actually recognized Mildred as that “psychotic bomb lady” who used to break into Gem shrines and temples erected on Earth and blowing them up after taking whatever what was of interest which she did at the behalf of the American government as they did not trust the Gems back then (they did however, NEVER approved of Bombshell destroying their architecture, that was her touch). Mildred reveals to Steven that her and Rose used to go at it all the time, implying they had an odd, romantically charged chemistry, much to Steven’s chargrin as he now had to deal with MORE of his mom’s bullshit. Bombshell is armed with an arsenal of different trick bombs capable of a multitude of different functions and levels of destruction thanks to Bombshell’s expertise in demolitions and thermochemistry including Sticky Bombs, Scatter Bombs, Ice Grenades and more which she keeps in her fully loaded utility belt and bombardier jacket lined with many, many pockets. She also has access to more mundane explosives such as Napalm grenades, C4 and even fireworks, albeit very strong, illegal fireworks. She is also armed with her custom made, personalized rocket launcher that fires Bullet Bill-esque rockets and a Minigun that fires exploding slug rounds at a rapid fire pace. Bombshell is also exceptionally agile and athletic, still being in her prime despite being almost seventy due to her history as a spy and being a trapeze artist in a circus during her childhood, she also has contortionist-tier flexibility.

  41. The Fisherman: Saul Haddock (voiced by Gianni Matragrano) is a man of simple goals and pleasures, those being to get filthy rich stealing treasures and committing heists on the open sea and have fun doing it. Originally being Black Pearl’s cabin boy and the only human member of her crew back in the day, Saul picked up some pirating knowledge from his mentor and used those skills to start his own career as a swashbuckling criminal and head of his own crew. Armed with a fishing rod made of Gem metal and outfitted with unbreakable “Crystal Wire”, Saul Haddock, or The Fisherman as he calls himself uses said fishing rod with exceptional skill as both a weapon and as his main tool in stealing riches and whatever else he may want. Armed with an entire crew of masked men at his beckon call and a steampunk-styled robotic shark submarine that he had his more “brainy” guys make, Fisherman would terrorize the seas until setting his eyes on Little Homeworld, brimming with priceless Gem artifacts and treasure no doubt. There he meets Steven and learns that it was he that made his old mentor “soft” and decides to get revenge for making Black Pearl “soft”. Steven underestimates him at first due to his campy pirate theme and funny accent but learned quickly that he really was one of Black Pearl’s, being very proficient in hand-to-hand combat as well as using his signature fishing rod as well as his bowling ball-like wick bombs and “Throwing Starfish”. The Fisherman basically inherits the title of “Steven’s Water Villain” after Black Pearl is redeemed.

  43. Anonymous: By far Steven’s most dangerous and powerful villain, human or otherwise. The mysterious Anonymous (voiced by Ron Pearlman) is a masked man with a burning hatred for Gemkind and especially Steven, seeing him almost as an anti-christ figure, destined to ruin humanity with his continued existence. Anonymous is the founder and head of a covert, shadow government known as The Watchful Eye, founded specifically to destroy Gemkind and protect humanity from their “evil” and growing influence, firmly believing that Gems are a cancer that must be purged from the universe to ensure humanity’s survival and security but to also assert humanity as the most superior race in the universe. Anonymous has seemingly limitless resources at his disposal, having access to a large array of high-tech, Anti-Gem weaponry and equipment of his design and a literally brainwashed legion of masked followers at his beckon call, ready to go to war with the gem race once everything in his ultimate plan has been finalized. Having unprecedented cunning and planning abilities, Anonymous has analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of all Gems and Steven himself and has created countermeasures for all of them, including the Diamonds themselves. He has even united all of Steven’s human villains into the “Alliance of Hate” and supplied them with the technology and resources they need to be at their fullest potential. Anonymous’ extremely hateful views towards Gem is never truly revealed and his past is shrouded in mystery, we never even get a full view of his face, seeing only a heavily scarred left side after his green, featureless mask was partially ripped. Anonymous’ vast intellect is complimented well with his strength, having enhanced his physiology with cybernetic implants, Anonymous has the strength and durability to go toe-to-toe with the likes of Garnet. Anonymous’ vast array of patented Anti-Gem tech include the “Gem Dusters” exo-gauntlets, flying, robotic maws capable of grinding gems to dust called “Matter Mouths”, Gem restraining and incapacitating “Containment Jelly”, a pathogenic agent capable of infecting Gems with a disease called “The Crystal Plague”, a large array of different Anti-Gem artillery, strength-enhancing exo-suits that place his radicalized soldiers on equal fighting grounds with Gems and much more. Anonymous craves the genocide of the entire Gem race and Steven’s ultimate destruction, claiming to do all of this for the sake of protecting humanity from evil and proving that humans are the truly superior race.
