Sorry to be a bit delayed responding to your email below.
I found the Donation Coder site by searching for information on why sWeather stopped working earlier this year.  Apparently, Yahoo Weather changed its API, thus requiring Skywire to revise the code (which has been done.)  I wanted to thank Skywire for maintaining such a handy little program, so I made a small donation to him through your site.

sWeather works without problems, is lightweight, and doesn't download stuff in the background that I don't want (as have some other weather apps I've tried.)  Now, if Skywire could only re-write Windows to be problem-free, lightweight, etc., I'd be very happy.
