mod application

Why I should be mod:

As of late, this discord server has been rather poorly organized, at least in my opinion.

I believe that the server needs better management of it's members, and that the mods of this server should listen to the opinions of the server-dwellers more often.

For example, a few nights ago, three or four people suggested creating a "micspam" server, so as to clear up general voice chat.

This has yet to be implemented.

I would gladly implement this if asked.

Another example of rather lackluster management is the "role" system.

Not a single mod has been able to tell me the difference between a "SiIva Submitter" and a "Fan Ripper". I believe that the roles system should have its own description in #rules, so as to differentiate the difference.

I would be perfectly happy to write one out, if anyone would care to explain it to me.

Finally, I believe that the rules specified in #rules should be better enforced, and repeat offenders should be banned (perhaps based on a strike system).

Banning could be carried out in many different ways, such as banning the user from all channels except #shitposts, banning the user entirely, or merely banning the user from #serious-general

I would gladly enforce the rules as mod.
