  1. Reno smiles at Rain... The guy was a great mentor to the youth. It's no wonder he had so many under his wing. Perhaps, there would one day be an academy named after him. The Multhunder Academy..."Sometimes I wonder," he smiles. A thought of a life, where he and Rain could have crossed path when he was in Theria, constantly being toyed with by demons, while having to befriend some for protection.
  2.
  3. Now, he could enjoy another image. Of a man who went through hell, in order to gain what he has now. A family. "One day." The teen tossed his hood on. Walking into the shadows, hoping that one day. He will obtain the light.
  4. (Reno Sanctum)
  5. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  6.
  7. [14:05] Rain just continues to rub Miki's ears. His bood slowly going up as though he was a battery being recharged.
  8.
  9. "Just remembered about Tokiwa a bit. Don't worry about it."
  10.
  11. He didn't even think Miki knew who she was, so it wasn't a problem.
  12.
  13. A glance is then taken at Reno, and he Wonders where the future will take that boy. A part of him wants to be there to see the end of the path he's treading, but at the same time, he knows he won't be there to see it. Maybe in spirit.
  14. (Rain Multhunder)
  15. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  16.
  17. [14:12] Finally. He was at the park again, surrounded by many others. The people who were naturally born as magi, and the many commoners, (NPC's) Who continued their day to day duties. While the Magi lived in a separate world, Reno couldn't help but admire the non-magi, for their ability to keep such faith in all magi, no matter their shape or size. Those people gave their hope to others who knew nothing of them, another trait of human kindness.
  18.
  19. "The moon is bright," said Reno.
  20.
  21. "It is a night for all,"
  22.
  23. "One, before fall."
  24.
  25. "And here, we stand tall." He spoke with a poetic tone. Only for this one time as he felt high in emotion. It was his joy and passion towards the common man. His acknowledgement and studies of the house known as Yiel.
  26. (Reno Sanctum)
  27. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  28.
  29. [14:13] Lukas nods along with this poetic statement.
  30. (Lukas mer Joyau)
  31. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  32.
  33. [14:15] Akiko stares at the pond, majestically.
  34. (Akiko Sanctum)
  35. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  36.
  37. [14:17] With a twitch of his ears. Reno could sense that the area was enjoying the silence. So, without saying much or anything at all. He'd leave, and with a gentle wave, going about through the night. Perhaps, even meditate somewhere deep, like a cave.
  38. (Reno Sanctum)
  39. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  40.
  41. [14:34] He sat down. Next to Fleur if she was sleeping. To protect her if needed. And now, the young teen went into a serene like mental state. Focused on the good will within. The first step to his very meditation... He might speak with himself throughout this procedure, but at the very least. He was making his way, getting somewhere through his training into the Holy Arts.
  42.
  43. To be that single glimmering light within the dark. Watching the moves of all those who stand against the people he loves. Reno, by what definition was his name? Sanctum, the people who welcomed him into their humble abode, and by what right. Did Reno have to call himself a scholar? What gave him the mindset, to believe that he would hail from the house of Yiel.
  44.
  45. Truth. A matter of which defines the young man. Someone who has lived amongst the demons and grew to think. That some were good, however, a lot or most have always turned out evil.
  46.
  47. Virtue... Something he sought but could never quiteget yet. He was still young and through his coming of age will he find out what type of person he was meant to be. Coming from a bloodline of hunters, and scribes, the young lad only embraced one piece of himself. Only one half of his true heritage as a human. And even though he is on the golden road to scholarship.
  48.
  49. The young human had much to learn, about himself, if he truly desires to protect the common man. But, one could wonder, if they might be able to draw strength from the people as he fights alongside them. For Reno at least, it would be the ideal dream.
  50.
  51. "In this world, we base our lives on the simple facts and logic passed down to us by our parents and society. You can even say that we inherit the memories of the world in order to progress. But have you ever felt a profound connection with that of nature and the cosmos?
  52. I’ve asked myself and many others countless questions before. If it would be possible for a number of entities to live among us,or rather within us. If our lives were equivalent to a melody, a natural flow that we’re
  53.
  54. supposed to understand and follow if we truly wish to grow as a species.
  55. What are we really? Are we just a simple mistake, or a prophecy brought to life? I nor any other man knows for certain but, I do know that we are far too great to be a simple mistake or coincidence of nature. Like many other mysteries, our origins may just exceed time itself.
  56.
  57. What is our connection with the universe? Surely many others have felt it, this indescribable sense that links us to the rest of the world. Ever since a certain event in my life, simply eating and hunting for meat has become a difficult task. A jolt of mutual fear coursing through my spirit. A force making me imagine the life of the creature I want to kill.
  58.
  59. From birth, up until the moment of our encounter, breaking me down to the conclusion of sparing the animal. Unless it was truly necessary for me to take a life, I would have to resort to fruits and vegetables, as if my conscious had total control over me, a man who has loved eating meat since childhood.
  60.
  61. There I asked myself, “Why? Just why can’t I let go of the arrow and shoot?” Even though my mind was clouded, the answer was clear. I learned from an early age, that despite it to be necessary at times, death was an ugly thing. A reality we all at one point have tried to escape from. A nightmare that lingers in the back of our heads, tormenting us on those cold lonely nights.
  62.
  63. But where there is disaster and torment, there is beauty and peace. We live in a world that is governed by the two, a place where beauty lies in all things, even death. A world where torment and disaster hides in the shadows of life, waiting for the right moment to strike. However, between both life and death there are miracles that may occur, an unexplainable phenomenon that each of us experience at one point of our lives."
  64.
  65. It was a mouthful, speaking to himself of his own philosophy. Now, he wondered... Asking himself one other thing, or rather, asking those spirits.. Deep within the house of Yiel during his prayer. "What kind of place would we live in. If our ancestors gave up their dream of the ideal world?" For Reno, this was his meditation, his way of connecting himself to the energy that is Holy.
  66.

  68. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  69.
  70. [14:35] Reno Sanctum says, "Sometimes, I wonder..."
  71. [14:38] Reno Sanctum says, "Without the common man..."
  72. [14:38] Reno Sanctum says, "Without our ancestors."
  73. [14:38] Reno Sanctum says, "We'd be in a world dominated by chaos."
  74. [14:38] Reno Sanctum says, "But because of those brave people."
  75. [14:39] Reno Sanctum says, "We live in a world. One step closer to Paradise."
  76. [14:43] Reno Sanctum says, "Yeah..."
  77. [14:43] Reno takes note as he speak. "It's the Praise of Commoners that creates Legends.."
  78. (Reno Sanctum)
  79. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  80.
  81. [14:59] His meditation continued. It was like a self treatment kind of therapy almost. He had so much time to sort out some issues and find the peace or rather the love and symbol within himself. If he was going to be good, for once in possibly a thousand life times. Then he would finally do it the right way, pursuing the arts left behind by Kraus.
  82.
  83.
  84. "Despite the popular belief of one god, many cultures believe there to be a number of deities. We are not wrong to believe that there is but one god. However to shout and argue with someone of a different belief as if the possibly of multiple gods was a sin is something no human being should be taught. . . Curious.
  85.
  86. Instead, humans should show a loving compassion and welcome all beliefs with open arms. Unfortunately, life’s not that simple, everyone will have a different opinion, some will love and others will hate. It is truly up to us to forge a future for ourselves, one that will be accepting to all beliefs. One that will connect us all, to share the beauty of the world, and lift it from darkness. . . Solemn. . .
  87.
  88. When I walk, I feel the presence of the world around me, the pattern of the wind, the melody of all those surrounding me. There are times where I come to obtain an extraordinary amount of wisdom, as if someone else was talking for me. However once the moment has passed, I am my simple self once more, a guy with limited knowledge, hardly capable of complex task. In a way, I feel as if I am being guided by the stars, not god himself but the beauty of his or her creations. . .
  89.
  90. Don’t get me wrong, there have been times in my life where I’ve swore at the gods, angry at the miserable events that took place. Time and time again, like many other human beings, pain and misery found its way at my doorstep, patiently waiting to deliver despair. I had only one safe haven to put me in a serene state when no one else could help me, that place was in the ambiance of the cosmos. . .
  91.
  92. When I was a young boy, no older than ten or eleven, I would always venture out into the woods. Not just to go out and get away from home, but to connect with nature and the world around me. As a child, I was exalted at the sight of a shooting star, so I followed it. Deep into the woods I ran only to find a small river and a large open field.
  93.
  94. I had finally found a place where I could be myself, a place where I would not be judged for my actions. It wouldn’t be too long before I would find this same sense of freedom in other natural parts of the land. As long as I was under the light of the stars, the world didn’t feel so dark, in fact it was only then where I began to see the beauty of life.
  95.
  96. Even so there were times where my hopes in the world was challenged as a child. Like all others, I’ve suffered loss in my own way, pain and all else. On those depressing nights where I felt as though all hope was lost, when almost every good thing had been taken away from me.
  97.
  98. The beauty of the stars brought me a newfound peace, and a connection that would guide me into adulthood. Their song, their dancing light showed me a new path, one that would get me what I desired.
  99.
  100. It was then at that moment, I realized that in order to change the world, I couldn’t be shy anymore, I had to take action, one step at a time. As I grew, I dived deep into the books, learning all that I could, and when times became difficult. I made solemn promises to the stars, words to motivate myself to do all that I could in order to succeed. "
  101.
  102. Again, speaking to himself through this prayer as his way of focus. Surely though, there was no one else around. So Reno felt free to speak as he pleased. His meditation was a long one, and boring without anyone else to communicate with. Maybe it seemed like he spoke too much about his struggles and pain. However, through those struggles, he always managed to find the light. And now, he had to hone that light, continue to try and focus in order to create a light or rather an orb of holy energy. This was strictly an attempt. Because Reno was trying to succeed his Master and create himself a door in order to enter the spells of the Holy Arts.
