Day 13
Get this: Bob was full of shit, the sea ponies don't want them for sex, they want to EAT them!
A large team of us went to retrieve everyone. Since they wanted Cherenov, he lead the expedition. I sailed on the raft with him, while a group of us stayed on the shore and walked. We got there, and everyone put mud in their ears so the song couldn't get to them…. except me. Sure enough, I could hear that creepy, lulling melody. It made the hair and mane on the back of my neck stand up. A sea pony mare popped up out of the water and looked at me with a smile.
"Hey there, sweetie, who's your friend?" She said, gesturing to Unify. For some reason my brain took a shit and I replied with "That's Cherenov. He's the one who blinded Mr. Slithers. We're here to talk. Peacefully."
She looked at me like a I had a dick on my forehead, "No it's not."
I then looked behind me and saw that she was gesturing at Unify. I told her who she was.
	Skipping to the chase, the sea pony and Cherenov had a long talk, and somehow, she agreed to let us all go and return High Tide and Sleeves, on the condition that we never tell High Tide that the sea ponies were real. Mr Slithers brought them both to the shore, and Cherenov apologized for blinding him. Hide Tide and Sleeves were fast asleep. Once we got back with everyone safe and sound, Cherenov told me that the sea ponies actually eat male unicorns, but that they'd taken a liking to High Tide and Sleeves. One of them, Carol, was apparently impregnated by High Tide. Coral, the other one, was raping Sleeves the whole time, keeping him in a state of drunken stupor with lots of booze, along with her hypnotic song.
	After all that, I had had enough, and went home for a nap. That evening I went to the Inn, where everyone was huddled around High Tide congratulating him on his return. At one point he got up and walked outside for a minute, whistling the sea pony song. It sent a shiver down my spine. If I never hear that damn song again, I still will have heard it too much. A couple of people mentioned sea ponies, (myself included, to ask him what these "crazy dreams" were about), and I noticed Greensleeves start to shake. They told Sleeves everything, and I think the whole situation's bothering him pretty bad. Probably some form of PTSD. Poor bastard.
	Later that night, while I was still hanging around the Inn, Hot Pot flipped her shit. I told her to calm her tits, and she dejectedly sulked back to the kitchen. I told her not to feel bad and to come back out and have a glass of water. She's Chinook's girlfriend. I've always liked Chinook, so I wanted to see who his new girlfriend (or is it fillyfriend now?) was. She was all nervous and stuff, and wouldn't talk to me. After some antics, however, she came around, telling me and Greensleeves that she was addicted to Chinook's cock, and that she felt like a dirty slut. Me and Ruin spent a while trying to comfort her, and the only thing that seemed to get through, if only a little, was when I told her that things will get better in the future, and that she just had to believe that and it always works. It's actually true, it worked for me multiple times back home. I remember when my brother died, I never thought I'd get through it. But each day would pass, and eventually I did survive.
	Anyway, after that nonsense, I went home and went to bed. I'm really happy Cap'n and Sleeves were saved, but it was all kind of a bittersweet ending. Even though Bob and Sleeves were now safe, I still can't get over the guilt. Bob seems to be okay for now (though who knows, maybe symptoms will manifest later), but Greensleeves might take a little while to get over whatever the fuck all they did to him. If it weren't for my indecisiveness and incompetence, neither one of them would ever have been in danger, and no one would be suffering any mental damage.
