About Paper Mario Pro Mode

The entire game has been recalibrated - it's not just double damage. Some enemies have different HP and defense on top of their attack. Badges may have more or less BP cost than before. Same goes for FP-consuming moves. In fact there are even some new badges to pick up!

From the readme:

There are three extra challenges for you to try:

- After completing each chapter, you can fight boss rematches in the
  Star Temple. These are tough battles intended for max-level players.
  Beating them all unlocks a special battle against Bowser.

- A suspicious Boo in Toad Town has a series of battles for you to try
  after each chapter. You'll have to win all the battles back-to-back
  without any breaks in between.

- Speak to Luigi during the introduction to unlock Luigi's Challenge.
  For the rest of the game you will receive no experience, but you
  will be able to equip up to 64 badges for free.

I don't really want to put in the time to replay the whole game (admittedly I will be missing some fun things like Kent C Koopa and other mini-bosses). So I plugged in a complete save file, put in some cheats for infinite coins and star pieces, and off I go to do the first two challenges on the list.
