The sweet radiance of the nexus shines softly off the exterior of the structure, limning the hall in
soft, numinous light. Vines filled with trembling, ghostly blossoms unfold across the railing, tracing
the branching intersections of rose-coloured coral with delicate tendrils of pale, spiraling greenery.
The scent of the flowers fills the air with a heady fragrance tempered and deepened by the salty sea
air. Thumbing through a research book, Professor Yimone Shervalian is here, overlooking the city. A
young dragon turtle with a chubby tail rests here, an air of majesty on her features. A glorious
pegasus with glowing white wings is here, eyeing his surroundings serenely. With an enthusiastic mien,
a fluffy rose llama with lovely furry wings stands guard here. With an ill-tempered flurry, a grey and
lithe swan graced with ebony wings with stormy blue edging glides through the air here. Aquamage Aeral
Ladyn lingers nearby with a serene calm, flickering motes of starlight playing along her form. She
wields a coral staff in her left hand and a magic spatula in her right hand. Only barely noticeable,
silver constellations float about a star-struck explorer, basking them in a faint glow. A humble
pilgrim wearing simple robes and sandals actively meditates here, absently toying with a rope belt.
Limned with holy fire, a radiant archangel hovers here, wings outstretched. Amavia, Ascetic of Ablution
is here, shrouded. She wields a winged-hilt angelic greatsword with both hands. A hooded figure from
the Circle of the Deep silently watches here, one hand resting upon their gem-studded sword hilt. Only
barely noticeable, silver constellations float about a star-struck explorer, basking them in a faint
glow. Her fan held so as to cover her mouth, a bright-eyed, blushing young maiden is here.
You see a single exit leading southwest.

A palm-sized memory pearl sinks into the waters of the Pool of Celestial Bodies. With the trickling
sound of water, ripples begin to form as the pearl disappears entirely into its midnight depths.

The air grows still as a heady, salty scent whispers across your senses, ripples forming across the
surface of the Pool of Celestial Bodies.

Countless, incomprehensible whispers wash by you, echoing outwards each time a ripple brushes against
the edge of the pool.

Lengthy tendrils of water swirl upwards from the heart of the pool, entwining about one anothe runtil
they emrge to form a single pillar of gently turning and pulsating water.

Inch by inch, ripples work their way down the surface of the up-thrusting pillar of water, its peak
descending, melting away with the rest of its form.

Several of the ripples break upon something beneath the flowing water of the pillar, the small crashes
of water foaming white briefly before trickling away.

Much of the water descends in a sudden rush, flowing back into the pool effortlessly while some
trickles down the eldery, yet poised features of a stately merian woman - much of her form composed
entirely of water, whilst strings of pearls cascading down her dorsal fin gleams and clinks like the
gentle pitter-patter of sea storm just beginning to come down in full force.

Tilting her head in a gentle decline, Empress Sinenth I says, "I am the Empress Glecharis Sinenth,
first of my noble line to ascend the Hallowed Throne of the Great Empire. I have been blessed by the
Lady of Eternal Light, gifted with a vision of my own passing. I will no longer wake, no longer wintess
the beauty of the Empire, what I and my people had built and saved. I will no longer wake, but the
Empire will continue on."

With her back stretched out tall and her posture prim, the Ebb of the Empire has shifted to adopt the
form of an aged, stately merian woman who is clothed in rushing tides and jettying rips. Sharp brows
and a wide forehead yield to pale eyes of shimmering starlight that are surrounded by thin, whispering
ripples like crow's feat. Her lips are pursed in a confident pucker, the kind of expression that
relates a self-assurance befitting of royalty. Cresting from her head and down the slope of her head is
a sleek, dorsal fin flanked by two smaller ones, appearing like some sort of regal headress that is
pinned and worn with countless strings of pearls. Thick-fingered hands press themselves against her
stomach: a gesture of courtly poise.

and claw, upon the Empire's citizenry. We had fought in the Nature Wars for eight long years and felt
each loss so acutely."

Empress Sinenth I pauses for a moment, her brow furrowing in consternation.

in battle. Ladantine grieved for days. He lost someone so precious to him, perhaps more precious to him

to revolt. Me. I was fit to rule, my mother told me, and she and I ensured my place there."

Battle of Oleanvir had been an epic defeat, and the Greenman, Serenwilde's champion, was vicious,
brutal. Uncouth. They thought us crushed, and turned their cruelest weapons upon our people. Our most
helpless people."

A bit prideful, Empress Sinenth I says, "Ours was the compassionate choice. We would end the war by any
means necessary. While we re-organized the Ur'Guard and the rest of the Imperial armies. We took cue
from the forestals themselves: their guerilla tactics, their speed, their efficiency. But of course, we
shaped such tenacity with discipline, righteousness, and civility. The work to end the war was
difficult, but especially in those early years, there was much to overcome."

Empress Sinenth I says, "It was sixteen long years before we made good on our promise. Before we
brought the war to a close. Sixteen years of further loss, and sacrifice. Our paladins in particular
gave much of themselves, including the one who would become the Saint known as the Dawn's Promise."

all in a bond of light that holds strong, and then vanishes.

Before the Throne of Brilliance.
This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. A comforting feeling of privacy pervades
the area. Every last building block of the throne room is made from the purest white marble, and etched
and decorated with layers of gold leaf. A myriad of carved cherubs and angels decorate the long columns
that follow on either side of the golden rug, stretching to the throne itself. Rows of gleaming armour,
shining with radiant light line the walls of the massive hall. The surface of the throne itself swirls
with many colours, as vibrant as one could ever possibly see. The throne's carved surface holds many
millions of minute details, each of them representative of the planes of Elohora. An enormous window of
stained glass hangs above the throne, depicting an archangel raising a sword on high. The sections of
stained glass cover the entire area with a rainbow prism of colour. The blinding aura of warmth and
holiness cuts through every soul that steps within this place, the hopes and wishes of each of the Holy
Supernals filling them. There are 2 celestial archangels here. Two brass braziers burn on either side
of Elohora's throne. Trailing fluttering motes of dreams, the evanescent form of a disturbed dream
phoenix lingers here, gossamer wings of ethereal light cascading behind him. Elohora, Lady of the
Eternal Light, stands here, surrounded by a nimbus of white light. A young dragon turtle with a chubby
tail rests here, an air of majesty on her features. With an ill-tempered flurry, a grey and lithe swan
graced with ebony wings with stormy blue edging glides through the air here. Fiddling with his chisel,

motes of starlight playing along her form. She wields a coral staff in her left hand and a magic
spatula in her right hand. Only barely noticeable, silver constellations float about a star-struck
explorer, basking them in a faint glow. A hooded figure from the Circle of the Deep silently watches
here, one hand resting upon their gem-studded sword hilt. Limned with holy fire, a radiant archangel
hovers here, wings outstretched.
There are no obvious exits.

Gabe takes a tentative step forward, trembling slightly, "Lady Elohora" she murmurs, indicating toward
the the Broom of Dawn's Promise within her arms.

structure of spires and alcoves on the outside reveals itself as an open, singular, massive chamber on
the inside. The ground level is filled with pews in concentric circles, radiating out from the centre
of the large floor. In the centre of the floor is a raised circular platform, with a wide concentric
system of steps leading up from all sides. In the middle of the circular platform is a stone tile
mosaic representation of the Pool of Stars, the central landmark of New Celest. A single uncut,
seamless slab of white marble, winds up the inside of the large chamber in a tiered spiral, story after
story. Notably, the acoustics here are astounding. A beautiful lectern of pearl and coral, delicately
carved with scenes of the sea, sits across from the pulpit set in the Cathedral's centre. Perfectly
crafted of silver and opal, an ornamental pulpit engraved with Celestial imagery sits at one side of
the raised platform in the Cathedral's centre. A wide, shallow basin of burnished gold rests here,
