  7. Build: Muscular and trim, with minor scars on her hands (before Heraldic appointment) and high, petite bust – much larger scars since Heraldic appointment, one across the bridge of her nose, one in her right shoulder from an arrow puncture, one bisecting her left ear

Description: Elsa is a Wilderness Elf, meaning that she prefers the outdoors and is elementally bound to water, as humans in the setting are bound to ice, dark elves are bound to wind, etc. She is fairly quiet most of the time, and keeps to herself off-duty. This is not her preference. She’s confined to this role by her boisterous and unpredictable skirmisher squad in the army, who require wearying levels of oversight. She doesn’t feel cheated, though, since skirmish units in general are more informal most of the time, and she did volunteer for the extra pay. She’s quite devoted to her husband, also a wilderness elf, but neither of them wants children yet. Her unit is the Second Home Battalion.

Clothing/Accessories: Elsa wears normal Sergeants’ gear in her role as a Skirmish Sergeant, with very light plate on her chest and shins, with leather armor everywhere else and a tie-back bandana with a folding 1” brim for battle. She carries a small shield strapped to her left arm and a thick, stabbing spear in her right, with a reverse dagger taped to the inside of her shield that she can drop into her left hand if she has it free. Her primary weapon, however, is the sling and pouch of bullets she has at her waist, with which she can brain a man at two hundred yards, more if he’s downhill. The skirmish troops of the Cender Army are well-trained enough that they are fielded ahead of the main army without officer support most of the time, and some personalization is allowed. Elsa’s armor is thus altered slightly, with a vine pattern around the edges, black leather straps holding it onto her instead of the typical brown, and a custom-modified attachment in the middle. The attachment is a metal plate that sits flush with her armor, welded on, with several vertical lines embossed in the middle (like what a modern person would describe as the shape of a car’s grille).
  14. She has leather combat boots with dark green pants and a dark green shirt under her leather armored-spaulders. She has a half-cloak over her right arm, also green, which she can use as a sling for her arm if she’s hurt. Finally, she has a black leather belt on, with her sling and bullets on it.

  17. She also owns a set of enchanted Shadow armor, which grants stealth bonuses, a set of dark civilian clothes for working at night without armor, a Heraldic uniform, an armored variant of said uniform, and two sets of very nice Sunday clothes.

  21. The Heraldic armor is fire- and sand- proofed. The mask is Piercing-damaged-proofed. The armor coat is damage-resistant, the outer plates of the armor are shatter-proofed. In addition, the helm has a magic shield embedded inside, body-conforming.

  64. And All the World Shall Sing: Asa’s power in Elsa has grown to the point that she can now directly influence other people’s interpretation of events, even affect simple acts of mind control. Her ability to speak to large groups of people increases proportionally to the number of people present, and all effects of all speech abilities, REGARDLESS OF SOURCE, are both amplified and cumulative.   70. To Harvest the Damned: With a massive surge of energy from her Gem, Elsa can instantly kill one living thing she’s touching. This power is completely unblockable, but is cripplingly exhausting to use. ACTIVE X 1.

  72. For Peace, For Rest: With a single word, Elsa puts all people around her for twenty meters to sleep. If she wishes, she will be one of them. If she stays awake, she can control their dreams, and if she so chooses, the targets will never awaken. ACTIVE X 2.

  87. Through the Eyes of Ghosts: Elsa can, at will, see the souls of people around her, at a range of up to fifteen feet.
