Chargin' Chuck Norris

 --Description--
 Chargin' Chuck Norris is a boss character, that is a Charging Chuck with souped up
 attacks from "regular" Chargin' Chucks. Sort of like Master Toadman is to Toadman.
 Hopefully will have a "Giga" form for two rounds lost (Palette mode on 10p that sets
 him into Giga immediately because Exhibs) where he turns into a Yoshi's Island final boss
 knockoff, and becomes a "Hold The Line" fighter, and the opponent must survive for 30 seconds.

 --Intros--
- Chuck Norris stands in place, Chargin' Chuck Norris tackles him away.
- Mario runs across the screen, Chuck runs in looking for him, and expresses frustration
 when he finds out that Mario is Missing.
- Fleet of Chargin' Chucks floods the screen, then they clear out and only
 Chargin' Chuck Norris remains.

 --Outros--
- Football gets thrown from one end of the screen to the other, Chuck chases after it.
- Chuck summons two clones and does the Kirby Dance.
- Fleet of Chargin' Chucks flood the screen, when they clear Chargin' Chuck Norris is gone.

 --Attacks--
- Jumps up and down while throwing an absurd amount of baseballs.
- Digs up a storm of rocks, which fly into the sky and rain down afterwards.
- Charges forward with ludicrous speed, tossing foes skyward if it connects.
- Grabs opponent and digs into them with his shovel.
- Jumps up, sending the opponent straight up and claps.

 --Supers--
- Summons a swarm of regular Chargin' Chucks to tackle the opponent.
- Whistles and Rip Van Fishes fall from the sky.
- Tosses opponent to another Chargin' Chuck, and the two play a game of catch with the
 opponent as the ball.

 --Attacks (Giga Chargin' Chuck Norris)--
- Throws bomb at opponent three times.
- Charges offscreen and returns in the foreground, charging across the screen, and then
 charges back to where he was before.
- Jumps up and down, causing the screen to shake and rocks to rain down from the sky.
