Introduction

It happened near the end of the year 2012, the day when all of the world's source of power was extinguished, centuries of human progress, gone in a day. Communications went down, trade routes broken, shipping lines stalled, civilization itself came to a silent halt. As the years passed by, humanity was forced to return to the most primitive ways in order to survive. Resources became scarce, food as well...water even harder to obtain. Billions around the world died of starvation, sickness and crime. The whole world turned into a big battleground for survival, factions were formed in order to increase their chances of surviving the desolate wasteland we once called home.

Admist all of the chaos that is now covering the land, a rumor of an individual who possesses the power to possibly restart the world's power grid and thus jumpstarting human civilization anew. Rumor became speculation, speculation became myth...until the story faded into the backs of the minds of the people...except for one. One woman who desired the power for herself, one woman who wanted to control how humanity will be shaped if it was ever gonna be revived.

In the ravaged city of Drektor, the biggest city in all of what was once known as Asia, dwelled most of the remnants of the old world. It has its own economy, most of the people who survived live here to be protected from the harsh badlands. The most powerful faction guards the city, Koutetsu, the steel blade of Drektor, led by the beautiful and deadly Park Jiyeon. Bright blonde hair, narrow sparkling eyes, and a face that can be mistaken as that of a gentle princess, make that mistake however and you'll find her blade making a literal impression on your heart. She leads the largest band of raiders, thieves, lowlifes and killers in this part of the badlands. They keep the city safe, but they rule it with the use of fear.

Our story begins when news of a "sapphire" eyed girl who wields the power stated in the myth, reaches the blade queen's ears.
