Well not entirely, usually services are more expensive for ironmen. I have done servicing for ironmen, but cannot answer your questions to the exact amount of food/potions needed for these quests.
As normally I wouldn't need to take inventory of that, because most servicing I do, is of accounts which don't have the iron men status
So I am guessing, and being honest about it 😛
So I say 200 sharks just to be sure, but if I were to have this experience again, with another iron man account, I would then know the answer due to this experience with you

I had to tank on sharks, he constantly bombards you, pushes you against a wall, and you get 1 hit before he does it again, in between the time of him throwing you to the wall, you have 2 seconds to eat and pot before he does it again, his max is 50 so it's hard to outeat that sometimes with just shark

there are no safespots at all on the 3rd phase of glough, when quest came out there was, jagex updated it a while ago

Went through 500 broadbolts with Ava’s accumulator and picking up all bolts on ground.
Then went through 70 addy bolts and 60 runites. Yeah that’s how rare those drops are on Ironman accounts.
They are alot faster with gear and what not.. but iron man kinda harder to get the gear in the first place

I'm trying it on my iron and I don't have the herb level required. I beat vorkath without antifire but it seems like galvek might be impossible without antifire. 82 range + ruby bolts + invy of sharks didnt even get me close. Any help appreciated!
