-You stream with a phillippines VPN and mark you country as Philippines on twitch
-You get very few viewers, 7-9 (even though twitch officialy accepts 20)
You will be able to request the partnership to get it
with extremely low amount of viewers followers
All you need is a VPN or Proxy
To stream as if you are from the philippines
Very simple, requires little bit of work as prevoiusly stated but makes it VERY VERY easy to get it
make sure you make a new account and only log in from philippines vpn until partnered
