I believe he has broken the following Moderator Guidelines:

3. As much as possible, moderators should not allow personal feelings towards users to affect their judgment.
This is slightly more tricky, it's very hard not to let feeling cloud your judgment in some cases, and works both ways. You should not give your friends more slack, and like wise being overly quick to kick or ban someone who you dislike personally is unhelpful. Everyone should treated equally, and have to follow the rules in the same way. Judge the situation simply on the facts of what happened.

4. Treat users with respect.
Treating users with respect does not need explaining. Mods are meant to be the best of the community, and the community follows our lead. If we don't treat members fairly, they will not respect us. Simple as. Members are entirely within their rights to question a moderator, so long as they do so in a calm way. "WTF U KIK ME 4" or anything remotely like that is against the rules, but something like "Why did you kick me?" should be met with a fair reply.

5. Never break server rules.
We are not above the rules, and we may not break them. If anything, we should adhere to them even more strictly than a normal user since we are setting an example for everyone else on the server.

7. Always be mature.
Never troll. As a moderator, you're supposed to be a role model. And a moderator trolling really gives a bad image.

8. Do not let incidents with other staff members escalate out of control.
We already have a guideline about not misusing your power, but this especially applies to other authority figures. We have a relaxed atmosphere in Indigo and you should attempt to resolve problems with other staff members on your own, either in the Indigo chat or via PM. If that is not possible for some reason, then take it up with an owner. (I'm always available to talk about anything. - zero)

Numerous things like this happened before Elements's re-authing - hell, even before your return. He would bash people constantly if he felt there were easy targets. It only occurred to me today to report.

While I know that Elements is a long-time staff member of Pokemon Online and is generally respected by the community, the fact is that this behavior is grossly against the rules. I don't have any personal feelings to Elements, but rules are rules, and the staff has to be neutral.

I posted that in the smod+ forum and let discussion happen whilst I went to work, and then actually read the PM itself. We all agreed that Elements' behaviour was unbecoming of an administrator of the server, and so he has been demoted to a moderator for the time being.


Also, I'd like to mention that a post should have already happened in this topic. I'll apologise on behalf of the other auth.
