Take a look at the dismal state of the linked thread.
For over a year, the DJT, Daily Japanese Thread on the /jp/ board has been getting constant spam by tatsumoto, which is linked in the first post  and repeatedly through the thread. He also spams his telegram, matrix, and whatever he happens to feel like at any given moment, constantly calls other posters "analcream" and has  developed a donation based model to monetize board spamming.
He also constantly spams /v/, and /int/, as well as other imageboards, which a simple archive search will show
I bring this to your attention in hopes that you will take action on this matter, as reporting by users has shown ineffective and is constantly mocked by tatsumoto as he continues his monetized spam
