Hey you. I was meaning to ask this for a couple of days now, and, just wanted your feedback.
Is there anything I need to work on? As an individual, more-so. If there's anything I'm doing wrong that people have brought up, big or small, so I can try to work on it?
I'm doing a lot of 'self-change' or w/e. Rhys asked to stop using iterations of the word 'faggot' when I brought it up, which, I know I spout a lot, and, you being the leader would know better than anyone else if there's something I need to better myself at.(edited)

Let me just clarify, you're not in trouble or being issued a warning just yet. And I'm sorry I haven't been thorough in explaining these things earlier, I just don't want you to feel targeted or overly scolded over a bunch of small things but like you said, it's probably best to address it just to fit in better and 'be a better person' or w/e.
FC Leader Crap:
- The faggot thing has bothered a few people, and I do think it has to stop. I know we throw the word around casually in discord, but please keep it restricted to jokes with me and Tak, and not as greetings to the other members, especially the new ones.
- Sometimes you do not listen to suggestions/commands. For example, Tak and I both told you to give Yohri space, but you proceeded to keep PMing them despite this. Fair enough you had RP scheduled for a Saturday or something, but apparently you kept sending her messages regarding OOC things. Assuming when we're talking to you in PMs, we're being serious. 'Giving someone space' entails on interacting with them when they address you first or cordially at FC events. Should have Yohri continued to be a little reluctant to 'make up' or whatever, we would step in and make something happen. We do have everyone's back in these situations, our goal is to have everyone play nice and not be assholes.
- Your behaviour with new members also kind of concerns me. You open to them by spilling your stories about your past drama, which can be very 'red flag' to some. Especially people like Jihn'a who HATE drama and avoid it. I don't want to give them the wrong impression that we are home to it, we just have a bunch of people that have been fucked over by said drama, there's a difference. I'd be more casual when you mention you were Ali, and only really talk about him when the context is right, i.e talking about past characters, an RP experience you had, etc.

- I did not really appreciate when you came to our interview with Sonelle and proceeded to dance in sight on top of the tent, repeatedly used in game actions with their sound affects and kept falling down. It is distracting, and it did not leave a good impression. Lamping means blending in with the background, not being seen as not to break the immersion.
- Be considerate when you're AFKing. There's been several times you've left people waiting around 15-30 minutes on you because you agreed to do something or asked something of them or just RPing with them, and you simply don't mention it. Say when you're AFKing how long for, and don't promise to come to stuff that people are planning to do right now when you're going to AFK 30 mins to order food. :P
- Character consistency also concerns me, but we've already talked that in depth. Please refrain from changing Veyu further. Define his backstory, post it to me for a final approval.
CONCERNED FRIEND STUFF:
- please be careful who you share info with. Personal info, money info, drama, etc. That thing with the discord call was example that people will use it against you, and whilst I want to be able to trust everyone in OoO, I cannot guarantee they won't spread shit they see or hear in the Discord should you upset them. Just... information diet. Are they a FC member? A long term member that you've known since day one? Probably safe. I just want you to be safe and not have anything else used against you.
