This vote is to determine whether BW2 is to be considered an established old generation, like generations RBY through HGSS. If it [B]is[/B] to be considered as such then BW OU will default to being our BW 1U tier. If it is not considered as such then BW Ubers will be used as the initial BW 1U tier and testing will be undergone to ensure that the tier is sufficiently balanced and diverse.
