2. How long will it take to receive my whitelist?
-Almost all payment methods are instant excluding Amazon giftcards, Amazon gift cards can take up to 48 hours to be processed.

3. How do I create my whitelist?

4. Whitelist creator is failing to create my whitelist/updater doesn't update it.
-Make sure the files are extracted
-Make sure you are running the programs as an administrator
-For the updater make sure Skylex.dll is in the same folder as the exe
-Make sure there are no spaces in your password/whitelist key
-Restart computer
-If all else fails, use a VPN when creating your whitelist. It's possible your network is blocking our host.

5. Sirhurt isn't opening after running the injector
-Make sure you have all of the correct files in the folder
-Make sure your anti virus is off
-Did you extract it with your anti virus on? If so extract it again.
-Restart your computer
-Wait 30 seconds after injecting

6. How do I update sirhurt?
-Sirhurt V1 has "auto-update" after Roblox updates
-To update Sirhurt v2 you need to run the bootstrapper or redownload from the mega

7. How do I move my whitelist to another computer?
-Run the whitelist UPDATER as an admin and enter all information needed
(disclaimer: sharing whitelists is against Asshurt ToS and our system will log it when a different
ip address and hwid uses your whitelist)

8. What do I do if I forget my 2FA information?
-There is little to nothing we can do to help you recover the 2FA information, as without it we cannot prove you own the whitelist. Ask yourself: Did you use an authenticator app? Did you use a different email? Have you checked your spam folder?

9. Roblox is crashing
-Try a different script
-Make sure your character is fully loaded in game before injecting
-Restart your computer
-Redownload/Reinstall ROBLOX and Sirhurt

10. Authentication Failed error message
-Have you created your whitelist? -if yes: Run the whitelist updater exe and enter information
as prompted.
-Ensure your anti virus is disabled/sirhurt folder added to exclusions, running sir_jecter as administrator,
and the computer you are on is whitelisted. You might have to whitelist Sirhurt on your firewall if needed.
-Ensure you downloaded the folder with the anti virus disabled.

11. Insufficient resources/nothing pops up after injecting/crash

12. It won't let me delete some of sirhurt's files
-Close discord (might have to go into task manager to close it fully) and retry

13. How do I get roles?
-Use !verify in #bot-verify to speak in general channels
-Use !ownerrole asshurt password/whitelist key in #bot-verify or catbot's dm's.
-Use !ignoreads to stop receiving youtube partner pings.
-If you wish to apply for a server staff position please go to the apply page on Asshurt's website.

14. Sirhurt V2 is freezing upon injection (Win 7)
NOTE: YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE STEP BY STEP FULLY. IT WILL NOT WORK IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE STEPS EXACTLY.
-Download and install the .NET framework

-Redownload Sirhurt V2 from the Mega
-Join a game and allow it to FULLY load
-Open Sirhurt V2.exe
-Attach Sirhurt then MINIMIZE it
-Wait a FULL 2 minutes
-Sirhurt should now work although you may not receive a loaded message

15. I still am having issues what do I do???
-DM a Customer Service Representative! **DO NOT DM ADMINISTRATORS UNLESS GIVEN EXPLICIT DIRECTION TO DO SO!**
