CREATE: GENSOKYO - SERVER RULES
This is a hardcore, player-driven server. Your actions have consequences. This is NOT an anarchy server—follow the rules below or get yeeted.

Proximity Chat is required
You must have the Simple Voice Chat mod enabled and working. Global chat is limited (use /shout if necessary). use it only if you can't use mic.

Base Leveling is FORBIDDEN
Raiding is allowed through the in-game Ultimatum system, but total destruction is banned. Tactical breaches only (e.g., blowing a hole in a wall to get in). Do not grief for the sake of griefing. We know exactly who did what and when.

KOS (Kill on Sight) Rules:
The Wilderness is neutral. However, if a player puts up "No Trespassing" signs on their claimed land, they are legally allowed to Kill on Sight. Conversely, if you are a known Terrorist, you can be hunted and killed anywhere, at any time.

No Teleportation or Cheaty Flight
The world border is 6km. There are no /tpa or /home commands. Elytras are disabled/stolen. You must engineer trains, airships, or ride mounts to travel.

Common Sense & Etiquette
No exploiting duplication glitches, no lag machines, and other wank. Council is in charge of solving minor disputes. For any major disputes admins have the final say.

Forget standard Minecraft progression. To survive here, you need to understand how society works.

The mods, scripts, and rules listed below are just a framework. We are simply providing the sandbox and the tools—the actual roleplay, drama, and world-building rely entirely on YOU. Lean into your character, interact with others, and drive the world's direction.

The Economy
• Currency is physical (Cogs & Spurs).
• You CANNOT farm money infinitely. It is earned strictly through Playtime, completing Advancements, and exploration.
• The Council taxes all official transactions. They use the Treasury to pay out bounties for resources and more.

Politics & The Council
• The server is run by a player-elected Council stationed at the Hakurei Shrine.
• Rulers serve 14-day terms.
• Corrupt Council? Pool together 4,096 Spurs to overthrow them and trigger an immediate 3-day snap election. (New Councils get a 4-day immunity grace period).

Laws, Guns & Drugs
• Firearms and narcotics (Addictives mod) are ILLEGAL without a Council-issued license.
• Detectives carry physical IDs. If the Council issues them a Search Warrant (valid for 2 days), they can bypass raiding rules to confiscate your contraband and fine you.

Raiding & The Terrorist Registry
• You can declare an Ultimatum on any player (/raid declare). Normal targets get 3 hours of playtime to build defenses before you can strike.
• Declaring a raid on an innocent puts YOU on the Terrorist Registry.
• Terrorists lose all legal protections. Anyone can raid a Terrorist with ZERO prep time, and hunting a Terrorist keeps your own record completely clean.
• Raids end after 3 deaths or a 10-minute combat log.
Atonement
• If you are a Terrorist and want peace, you must physically travel to the Council, surrender, and pay them.
• In return, they wipe your record and hand you an Atonement Beacon to place at your base to signal your debts are settled.

Use your MineMenu [R] in-game to access your justice ledger, voting ballots, and public works, and other useful commands.
