I am mostly neutral. I am building some ships for EE, in return for ships they built for me.
I think Fascist/Cyborg will probably win though. I don't know but that's my guess.

I expected Fed to send a big fleet to attack Cyborg, since they were talking about attacking Cyborg since turn #1. But they have not moved their fleet.

I am not sure that is a good idea.
As I said, I am worried about Robot/Fed. I did not plan to attack them. But they are not moving East against Cyborg, as I expected. So I am afraid they are planning an attack against me.
If they are, then webs would be very useful for defense.
