Bruya Stuff

The flag of the tolitarian dictatorship of Bruya, located on the southern hemisphere of the planet Elssya, just below it's equator. The Bruyan terrain and landscape primarily consists of deserts, savanna, and arid plains akin to the Australian Outback on earth. Bruya is lead by the dictator Yaslane Dorquaan III, and the nation's capital city is Woosehna.

Once a Bruyan citizen turns 18 years of age, they must partake in a mandatory year-long service in the nation's armed forces, where they have the options to choose from the Bruyan Royal Army, the Bruyan Royal Navy, and the Bruyan Royal Air Force.

If a Bruyan citizen has above 5 years in the Bruyan Royal Armed Forces, they recieve benefits, such as government-paid housing, discounts on groceries, advanced citizenship, etc.

Bruya is a primarily industrial nation, with it's deserts being littered with oil drilling facilities, and industrial areas. Further out, old missile silos from the Atomic Scare of the Second Elssyan War lie out in the savannas and parts of the deserts of the nation, where Bruya hoped to score a easy strike on the left-leaning powers of Elssya, namely the Republic of Montenisia, The People's Republic of Luthus, and the Commonwealth of Atlania.

THE RED WAR OF 1983

The Red War of 1983 was instigated by the hostile militarization of Bruyan soldiers stationed to the eastern borders of the small land-locked nation of Ghaqtu, located near the vast Ishauni Mountain Range, which was disputed territory between Bruya and Ghaqtu for 15 years prior to that. After the hostile militarization of Bruyan soldiers in Ghaqtu, other squadrons of Bruyan soldiers were militarized to the Autonomous Region of Crai Pren, located in Bruya.
Tensions between The Autonomous Region of Crai Pren and Bruya have been at a all-time high prior to that in 1982, ever since Bruya forcibly annexed it and claimed it as their territory 64 years ago.
The EGTO (Elyssian Global Treaty Organization) turned their eyes towards Bruya, after Bruya made threats to EGTO member nations Montenisia, and The People's Republic of Luthus.

On May 11th, 1983, a the Montenisian naval ballistic missile defense ship MRS (Montenisian Republic Ship) Rendelston intercepted and destroyed a Bruyan ballistic missile. It was unknown where the missile was headed, but it was believed to be headed for Newtown, the capital of the oceanic Montenisian province of the Challenger Islands.
A day later, Bruya declared war against the Republic Of Montenisia, The People's Republic Of Luthus, the Atlanian Commonwealth, and other important member nations of the EGTO.
The Red War of 1983 lasted from May 12th, 1983, to December 29th, 1983, with thousands of casualties and deaths.
