- 600 mL cups water
- 1 kg white sugar
- 20g fresh ginger
- 8g whole cloves
- 8g star anise
- 6g ceylon cinnamon
- 3g allspice berries
- 3g cut-sifted licorice
- 3g cut-sifted sarsaparilla
- 2g peppercorns
- 2g cracked nutmeg
- 1.5g dried wintergreen
- 1g juniper berries
- 1g cardamom
- 1g coriander seeds
- 250 mL plum juice
- 100 mL black cherry juice
- 60 mL raspberry syrup
- 30 mL blackberry syrup
- 30 mL lemon oleo-saccharum
- 30 mL orange oleo-saccharum
- 20 mL molasses
- 10 mL caramel syrup
- 30 mL almond extract
- 30 mL vanilla extract
- Infuse spices into syrup of sugar and water. Mix with remaining ingredients
- Makes 1.5 L of syrup. Mix with 7.5 L of carbonated water for soda

- 3¼ cups water
- 6 cups white sugar
- 3½ inches fresh ginger (25g)
- 2 tbsp or ~100 whole cloves (10g)
- 8½ star anise pods (10g)
- 2 ceylon cinnamon quills (7.5g)
- 16 allspice berries (3.75g)
- 1½ tsp cut-sifted licorice (3.75g)
- 1½ tsp cut-sifted sarsaparilla (3.75g)
- 50 peppercorns (2.5g)
- ⅔ kernel of nutmeg, cracked (2.5 g)
- 6 tbsp dried wintergreen (2g)
- 14 juniper berries (1.25g)
- 4 cardamom pods (1.25g)
- ½ tbsp coriander seeds (1.25g)
- 1⅓ cups plum juice
- ½ cup black cherry juice
- 5 tbsp raspberry syrup
- 2½ tbsp blackberry syrup
- 2½ tbsp lemon oleo-saccharum
- 2½ tbsp orange oleo-saccharum
- 1¾ tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp caramel syrup
- 2½ tbsp almond extract
- 2½ tbsp vanilla extract
- Infuse spices into syrup of sugar and water. Mix with remaining ingredients
- Makes ½ gal of syrup. Mix with 2½ gal of carbonated water for soda
