  23. - Sixteen students find themselves awake in a DOORLESS and WINDOWLESS CLASSROOM, sadly, with no recollection of how or why they are there. Their last memories are of their entrance into Hope's Peak Academy.

  25. [ LOCATION: CLASSROOM ]
  26. INTERCOM (Sixteen seats in a classroom, arranged four by four. Sixteen warm corpses -- oh, no, they're alive! phew -- sitting in sixteen chairs.)
  27. INTERCOM (The blackboard has no chalk or eraser, but a single message has been left scrawled onto its surface. It's such sloppy, poor handwriting. Is it even legible?)
  28. INTERCOM ( -- SHE SELLS SEASHELLS BY THE SEA SHORE -- )

  30. INTERCOM { At the back of the classroom, there's a blue banner commemorating Hope's Peak's XXth Class. The number has been scratched out with red paint. Funny you didn't notice that earlier, huh? }

  32. - A clock was discovered to be in the classroom, hands posed at 11:59. It is just an illustration. The classroom is also SWAYING - an indication that the students are on a BOAT.
  33. - Out of the 16 students, 4 have none to minimal information concerning them on the internet (Komaeda, Naegi, Hinata, Kamukura (SHSL ???)).
  34. - There is something strange about Koizumi's Camera:
  35. INTERCOM { Every single blacked out picture is timestamped with "48/91." The newly taken pictures are
  36. timestamped with "00/00." }

  38. [ LOCATION: ANTECHAMBER ]
  39. - The students attempt to find an exit through the room - Owari attempts to knock down the blackboard but fails. Later, the students lift the blackboard to find a PASSAGEWAY that is somewhat higher up.
  40. INTERCOM (Lifting the chalkboard up has revealed a secret passage! Wow, who woulda thunk. It's a bit high up,
  41. so getting up to it might be a bit of a chore, but it looks otherwise large enough for everyone to
  42. fit through.)
  43. INTERCOM { The passageway looks something like a door, although there's no handle. }
  44. INTERCOM { The door opens easily, revealing something that looks like an... An antechamber? Or maybe it's a
  45. cabin room. Whatever it is, it's considerably elevated in comparison to the classroom; while the
  46. door on the classroom side was several feet off of the ground, the door on the antechamber's side
  47. meets the ground. }
  48. INTERCOM (However, the door on the opposite side of the room doesn't seem to open, if you try it...?)
  49. INTERCOM (Once everyone is inside the antechamber, the door closes. There's an elaborate wheel mechanism on
  50. the back side of it, although it doesn't seem to be moveable. Once the classroom-side door is firmly
  51. shut, the opposite-side door will unlock. It really is pretty crowded in this antechamber full of
  52. sixteen students.)

  54. [ LOCATION: BALLROOM ]
  55. - Next, the students find the BALLROOM.
  56. INTERCOM (The door opens easily, revealing a large, grand ballroom. Wait, a ballroom? Well, that's the sort of name you'd attach to a place with deep blue velvety curtains draped across the walls, and an elaborate multi-tiered glass chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The ballroom is fairly bare, otherwise, and similarly to the antechamber, there are only two exits; the one the group entered through, and a pair of grand double doors on the opposite side of the ballroom.)
