Admin abuse:
We all know the regular offenders of this; and we know we can't change them. However, it has an effect on the officers coming up in the ranks. After being blown up by a suicide bomber (a captain) 3 times while doing an official training, I asked him why he thought it was acceptable. He informed me that it was because "TGAB needs to be about having fun" TGAB needs to discover fun without the use of admin abuse and TK.

Ranking/Promos:

There needs to be a plan as to how people should be promoted, or at least what requirements there are for each rank. How someone becomes an officer etc; whether it be through a test or academy.

HC meetings:
TGAB has never been good about HC meetings. Orginally, they never happened, and then when they did, it was lead in the most stupidest way (HCs would be able to vote each other out and stuff)

Regular meetings need to happen. Promotion/demotion needs to be regulated.
