  27. And repeat for me. Just keeping to that same breathing pattern. Breathing nice and slowly and deeply for me. You see, the human body is an amazing thing, with different reactions to various stimuli, like now, as you breathe so gently and calmly you find your body relaxing down. More and more. Simply, quickly. So easy to relax when you’re breathing so nice, and slowly and deeply. Perfect.

  29. Now, we’re going to focus on that breathing for a bit, that gentle, slow, calm breathing.

I just want you to notice for me that as you’re breathing in, and then out, what’s happening is that’s you’re breathing in pure relaxation, and letting go of all the stress and cares and worries you might have. Perfect. With each breath out find yourself losing all stress, all cares, all worries, just floating away through your nose.

  32. All the way in, and all the way out. And now, as you’re breathing in for me start to notice that that pure relaxation that you’re taking in feels warm. Warm through your nose, down your throat, into your lungs. Feel it warm, feel it calming, feel it so full inside your lungs. Feeling your lungs expand a little with the heat with each breath. Feeling so good. So calm. So warm and comfortable. Each breath taking you deeper.

  43. And repeat.
  44. Such a steady pattern, filling you with so much warmth. So much bliss. So much satisfaction. Your lungs growing so full with warmth. So full of bliss. So full of calm, relaxation and warmth.
  45. And let that warmth travel now, radiating from your lungs into your heart. Letting your heart fill with that warmth. Feeling so good as your heartbeat slows and you can just relax a little more. Letting your body sink into the wonderful state of pure relaxation and comfort. No need to move. Just relaxing and letting go. So easy to relax, so easy to let go. As your heart begins to warm your blood, pumping around your body. Letting your blood become warm and thick, like treacle running through your veins. Moving so gently, so slowly, that warmth flooding your body. Every bone, every muscle simply dissolving into that warmth. That bliss, that pleasure. So easy to let go. And right now you just want to do what’s easy. To let go and to relax.

  47. And as that blood, that treacle, passes through your skull, notice how your brain simply melts away too. No thoughts. No worries. Nothing but warmth and calm. Focusing on just reading on. Because that’s the easiest thing. To just relax and read. So easy to let yourself go. So easy to sink into my words. So easy for my words to sink into you. Letting your mind go so numb and warm. My words washing over you. Because that’s what is easy. And you just want easy. You want what’s easy. And right now, that is to give in completely. To relinquish control of your mind for a little while. To become empty. To just obey.

  54. To go completely mindless in this wonderful, warm, blissful state. Perfect.

  56. And slowly, what you will notice happen, is that every word I have written in quotes “just like this” you will notice yourself start to say aloud. Maybe it just starts with a slight lip movement, but soon you will begin to say these words aloud. And you know that as you speak the words will “sink” even “deeper” into your mind.

  58. Just feel yourself relax and repeat. Feeling so “warm” and “empty” so happy and “blissful”.

  61. Just “sinking” and “obeying”.
  62. It’s so “easy to just relax” so easy to repeat. So easy to just go “mindless” and “empty”

  66. Spiralling down for me now, because the “deeper” you go, the faster you fall, “empty and relaxed”. The “deeper” you go the heavier your mind becomes. Dragging itself down with its own weight. “Empty and obedient. Mindless and controlled.”

  71. “Relaxed”
  72. “Blissful”

  80. Mind so “empty”, so “controlled”. And it feels so good to just “give up” that control. So good to just “give in”. Give up. A mind that is no longer yours is so happy. A mind that is mine is so blissful. A mind that is controlled is the best kind. “Controlled” by me, “ready to serve”, “ready to obey”. And every time you repeat those words aloud you find them sink into your mind more and more. Concreting themselves in there. Letting them solidify. Knowing how much you need to serve, how much you “need to be controlled”, how much you “need to be owned”, by me.

  83. And that’s okay. Knowing this, you sink deeper and deeper.

  85. “Empty and obedient”

  87. You “crave more instruction”

  90. You need me to look after you

  92. Accept and obey

  100. Now, gently, very, gently I’m going to wake you from trance. And once you are awake you will do a few things for me. Firstly, you will feel that desperation truly set in. That need for me doubling, tripling. So “desperate to serve”. Craving more instruction.

  102. Then, you will read this again, all the way through, sinking all the way down again, needing that feeling of being “empty and obedient”.

  104. Once you have gone down three times for me, then you can message me, begging to own you, begging to be owned. And until I agree, you will read this every night, each time the effects growing stronger and stronger until you are “unable to resist” me, awake or in trance, because it just feels “so good to obey”.
