Euphemia - Fanciful Curiosity. Swift Action - At Will. Euphemia's outlook on the world and curiosity about various things has produced a localized sort of Duelist benefit. As a Swift Action, she can mark one target she can see as a Passing Fancy. She immediately gains a +1 bonus to accuracy against her Fancy, which increases +1 at the end of her turn and when she successfully strikes the target, up to a maximum of +6. This accuracy bonus starts at half of its current counter if she swaps the target of her Passing Fancy. She also gains +5 damage reduction against her Fancy.
