  29. I've talked to support and they've told me they would help now, and now a operator called "Maksym" just randomly sent me a copy paste text and completed my ticket without helping me out.

  37. This is a support center and honestly, you should be able to help. My ticket is now closed, and there is no possibilities for me at all to respond to the ticket demanding more help from the operator that closed it. This leads me back to square one again, where I have to write to a live chat support.
  38. So technically, I contacted live chat support, and they told me that this situation would be solved, that I needed to mail a specific mail adress, and I did. After that a ticket was created where you were demanding evidence ("Please provide us with proofs if you have any as screenshots, we will investigate the case.")
  39. I gave you all the evidence I had, and then all that I got back was a copy-paste auto response, and absolutely no ways at all to continue on the ticket, because it is now FINISHED, meaning that I will be getting NO HELP what so ever about this situation?
  40. You should fire Maksym, as he definitely does not even know how to do his job.

The situation was connected to G2A, because what was stolen from me was GIFT CARDS on G2A , making G2A involved in the situation INSTANTLY, and G2A should help me as much as they can, the only "help" that I have got so far, is false sayings and now a RESPONSE on my ticket, whereas honestly the message I got did not help ANYTHING at all, and now the ticket is closed, without me having any possibilities to continue getting help the situation?

  44. I understand your frustration. We know that you have purchased the cards from our site, but you gave them to a third party.

  46. Which makes absolutely no difference at all, since the third party used them on YOUR site.
  47. I bought gift cards, that were sent to ME, and that was supposed to be USED by ME, but they didn't and now you have a situation where someone who SHOULDN'T have my gift cards, has them, and has used them on YOUR site.
  48. I have evidence of this, and I am saying this as the buyer of the gift cards.
  49. I bought the gift cards, they are paid from MY bank account and I as a buyer am saying that there is SOMETHING wrong with the purchase, and that I need help with it. You as a company HAVE to help me.

  53. Yes I do, this is because I'm receiving no help from you guys, and this live chat, - along with the treatment of my support ticket.
  54. I tried creating a ticket, and it was closed without receiving any help from you guys, all you did was require evidence, and asking me questions but in the end, you just closed my ticket, leaving me in a spot where I am not able to receive more help at all from you guys
  55. I didn't even have the opportunity to respond to the ticket.
  56. I've asked you multiple times to lock the scammers account, before he spends the money, but you don't seem to be helpful at all in this situation.

There were absolutely no mentions at all about the PayPal dispute when you closed my ticket, but now in after hand you've realised that I've created a PayPal dispute (probably because that's the ONLY last option I have to make this situation right, and get my money back) and you saw that I've created a PayPal dispute and are now trying to make it sound like you are not able to help me anymore BECAUSE of the paypal dispute
  66. it's all a big lie, the way you treat your costumers is awful, I'm definitely saving this all down in screenshots and I will definitely take all actions I can to make everyone see this.

I've literally been scammed for 45€, by a costumer of YOURS, he literally has a account on G2A, where he receives money and STEALS money from people and you are not even helping me, the person who WAS scammed by this costumer of yours, instead all I get is a closed ticket instantly after a copy-paste message, it's not even a personal message and the message is not ever appropriate to the situation of mine. There were absolutely what so ever NO mentions at all about a paypal dispute in my Ticket, and now in after hand you start mentioning that your hands are tied due to the paypal dispute? Well you've already CLOSED MY TICKET, which leads me in a SITUATION where I AM NO LONGER ABLE to receive help, because you CLOSED MY TICKET, so all this paypal dispute lies you are making up are not working

Instead of focusing and LOCKING out the person that SCAMMED me, which is now probably having hella fun buying games as much as he wants and celebrating just luring another person for 45€, you guys are focusing the victim, who was LURED into buying three of YOUR gift codes, and acting like fools against him, showing no mercy or understanding WHAT SO EVER
  72. You literally have no mercy, or understanding for another human being at all Sir. You're currently kicking the guy that is already on the ground, making a hurt person more hurt and I honestly hope God takes care of you for being such a bad person.
