Saeki - Used by her parents and later, her close friends. She hated it for a while as it made her feel childlike, but she later embraced it when her mother passed away.

Family Background:

Her mum, Ji-Woo, fell in love with Hyung-Seok Yiramu. When she was diagnosed with cancer, they quickly got married and aimed to complete her life goals. So, they moved to England because she always wanted to and had a daughter, Sakura. They moved to Newquay as Ji-Woo wanted to be close to the ocean when she died. She dies when Sakura is at Hogwarts (most likely Year 3)

Personal Background:

Sakura was bullied in Newquay as they were practically the only Asian family in her neighbourhood. So, her parents became very overprotective of her as they didn't want to see her get hurt. Because of this, she became smart as she needed to think of ways to do the stuff that she wasn't allowed to do and she became a daredevil as she began to grow bored of her quiet sheltered life.

Personality:

- Sakura is a daredevil, living for an adrenaline rush. She is frequently doing things that she shouldn't be doing as she lves to play 'dares' and hates to lose. Because she is often caught doing these things, she has become a very good liar, able to manipulate the truth and get both herself and her friends out of trouble.
- She is very secluded and doesn't have that many friends as she struggles with meeting strangers and socialising in general. She is often very quiet and shy when people first meet her, but naturally, she is a magnet for happiness and can be very loud, making everyone around her happy and feeling loved.
- Sakura suffered a major episode of depression when her mother died and removed herself from her friends, not wanting them to see her in such a state. She closes herself up even more than beforehand.
- She is often viewed as 'emotionless' because she thinks that showing any emotions is a weakness. She knows this is the wrong viewpoint yet can't stop herself from being abrupt and possibly rude as she tries to hide her emotions.
- Therefore, Sakura is very mysterious, never revealing anything that could be used against her if one of her friends were to betray her.
- However, Sakura is very loving and cares deeply for her friends. If anyone were to hurt them, she would have to be psychically held back to stop her from punching their lights out. Still, she finds it hard to fully trust them and has her doubts about them.
- She can often be found in the great lake, as she goes and swims there when her thoughts are too overwhelming for her. She likes to float in the water and stare up at the sky, trying to figure everything out while the water calms her.
- Sakura has a tendency to overthink everything, leaving her constantly stressed and nervous as she can't stop thinking. This leads to her being quite sleep-deprived.
- Despite all this, Sakura is incredibly nice and tries her hardest to never hurt anyone. All of her friends describe as kind and a genuinely heart-warming person to be with.
- Sakura is exceptionally good at DADA as she allows her secluded emotions to flow freely into her spells. This makes her a force to be reckoned with when it comes to dueling. She also succeeds in charms as she is quick to pick up the spells, always thinking about how they can help her be a daredevil.
- She is very bad at potions though because she can't concentrate on the long list of instructions and hates following them, instead daring herself to create the biggest accident or the most creative/interesting potion she can.
- She is carefree and has often gotten into situations where she can die, but she doesn't care as she thinks that life isn't worth living without the risk and adrenaline. Many people worry that one day she will do something very bad.

Sakura desperately wants to be an animagus
Sakura can't produce a patronus as she has no fully 'happy' memories. All her memories either remind her of her mother which brings her sadness or remind her of how stressed out she was at the time
She has a scar that follows her collarbone from when Jungkook (her close friend) told her that she wouldn't hurt herself to win a dare; she had to prove him wrong.
She normally dresses tomboy-ish but has been known to dress very feminine to prove people wrong that say she can't do it.
She suffers from sleep paralysis and has frequent night terrors, which leave her petrified. She normally has to leave her dorm after one and walk around the castle, clearing her mind. In bad cases, she has to go and swim in the great lake.

How you meet:

Sakura is dared to go and sit at the Hufflepuff table for dinner one day. She sits next to Jin, and he accidentally spills his drink over her. She gets frustrated at him and leaves quickly. He follows her and is quick to try and fix things, pulling out every compliment that he knows. They keep bumping into each other after that.

How you act around him:

Sakura keeps to herself around him, she doesn't fall for his charms and many compliments. She is very abrupt with him and quickly cuts him off if he keeps trying to become her friend. She doesn't want to be his friend, but she gets dared too by Jungkook and Taehyung.
Later on, she and Jin bump into each other while they are walking around the castle. They go to the astronomy tower together and chat the entire night.
After that, Sakura warms up to him and they walk around the castle together every night. She slowly begins to open herself up to him.
Sakura begins to love his compliments and how he leaves notes for her everywhere. She falls in love with how dreamy and gentle with her he is.
Sakura acts very shy around him when she realises she loves him, trying not to blush and reveal it. Lucky for her, Jin doesn't realise anyway.

How he acts around you:

Jin is shocked at how brave the Slytherin is when she sits next to him. He is so shocked he spills his drink over her.
Jin constantly tries to apologise, always thinking that she hasn't forgiven him. He always compliments her, as he wants her to know that she's really pretty to him and that he wants to know her. He gets annoyed with her when his compliments don't work and gets worked up, walking around the castle one night to try and sort himself out. They bump into each other.
Jin is always very happy to see her, oblivious to the fact that he is falling in love with her. He makes sure to leave the Hufflepuff common room early so he can meet Sakura at the Slytherin common room and walk her to where ever she's going.
Jin is fairly awkward around her, not knowing how he feels, yet he's amazing at hiding it with his compliments.
When someone tells him that he loves her, Jin is confused but it feels right to him, and he immediately wants to ask her out.
He is the happiest around her but gets very anxious for her when she gets herself in trouble or does dangerous stuff.

Interactions:

Sakura including Jin in a game of dares, the two of them doing crazy stunts together.
The two frequently study together in the library.
Once, Sakura caught Jin reading a book on bad jokes and compliments. She never lets it go.
Jin being very gifted at helping Sakura calming down.
When Jin sees Sakura floating in the great lake, he joins her, even though he hates the cold water, and Sakura points out the stars to him whilst he stares at her because she's the most beautiful thing he's ever known. (Cringe but it would totally happen)

How their tutor helps them: Helps her over her issue of becoming bored, teaches her how to control her daring personality and helps her pull up her grade so she can become a healer, her life dream.

Interactions:

Sakura tells them that she loves Seokjin.
They go and tell Jin that he obviously loves Sakura after a while as he can't deal with how awkward it is between them because they obviously love each other.
Sakura often lashes out at him, yet they forgive her and they become close friends
