Special Chars

Language settings possibly, however what i am saying isn't that you only need to change language settings but remove non ASCII characters.  So say your file name has 無題.png, or ç„¡é¡Œ.png, or 無題 Quest of the Seven Isles.esp, then all the non ASCII or non English chars have to be removed from all files, directories, INI tweak files, Readme files, anything that has non ASCII chars has to be removed.
