Hey!
First of all, let me introduce myself - My name is Thomas, Currently my IGN is UnfamousThomas but I am also known as: LiquidBacon007, NoBodyIsHere098 & more! I am currently 13 years old but will be 14 in 18 days and that's why I decided to apply now.

I live in Estonia, that is in UTC+02:00. Estonia is a pretty interesting country, for such a little country were pretty cool. I am also able to record minecraft and have done so multiple times. I use Open Broadcast Software to record and Sony Vegas Pro or Filmora to edit. I do have a microphone but I prefer not to use it as it sometimes creates a big echo, but if needed I can use it. I can also use both Teamspeak and Discord but I prefer discord as it has a sexy UI and very good features. I love it so much. And yes, coming to the last point in the list, I understand that asking staff about my application will mean my instant denial.
So I guess this is the point in my application I talk about things I do outside of my computer... Honestly there isn't a lot... I play tennis and go to the gym, plus school of course. I've been playing tennis for around 5 years now but it is getting boring so I only do it once a month now. Gym ive been doing around a year now, it's really fun, and helps me keep fit. I also want to get more into computer coding, currently I can only do a bit of php, html and css. But I want to learn Java next.

Let's talk experience, now im not gonna lie - I don't have a lot of it. I'm currently a moderator on NeoGames Network and I used to own a small server (10 - 30 people) a while back. But that is about it, I just hope my little experience doesn't stop me from becoming staff.I have also helped Jake (ScottishTea/DreAgoN_) host multiple events for the IslandClash community, this includes Global Ninja Warrior and UHC. I have usually been the server hosting person, but I did still enjoy it :D

I have many strenghts but many weaknesses too, so im gonna tell you all about them. First of all let's get the negative out of the way. Sometimes, it happens that I can't tell if a player is hacking or not. Usually when such an issue happens I contact another staff member for confirmation (record it and send him/her the link). I also have some problems speaking English sometimes as English is not my first language as I live in Estonia. Most of it is self-taught and some learnt from school. I have some more weaknesses that most likely won't be an issue in a moderating stand point. So now, to the positive! My first strenght is having fun. I know this might not sound like a strenght but trust me it is. My teacher has described me as "The Boy Who Is Always Smiling". That means I am always happy, no matter what, unless I want to be sad. I can even be happy in the worst situations. e.g: Me getting demoted, IC getting shut down, me being kicked out of school etc. Another one of my important strenghts is my passion for computer coding and knowing how minecraft works, this helps me in everything. e.g. if there is a new kind of suspicous movement, I can tell you easily if it is a bug or a hack. My last strenght, that is important here might come as a suprise - Being known to the community. I've been playing for over a year, and I have around 31 days of playtime. Thanks to this, a lot of people in the community know me. I mean whenever I go on the server if there are at least 5 people on, someone always knows me. Sometimes it's even a bit creepy... Now I am not completely sure that counted as a strenght but it's worth a shot :D

So, I am 1 of 100 applicants or so, so I want to talk about what makes me - so special, I never give up, never... if I have to find a work around, sure, but I never-ever-ever give up, I set a goal, and I aim towards it, takes quite a lot of work, but it is worth it, so in the end, if I take a task, I always complete it. I also want to talk about my teamworking skills, now in real life, these may not be the best, but when it comes to videogames, teamwork is essential, you can't do anything without teamwork... The same applies for moderating, ask other staff members they're opinion on this hacker, ask another staff member to punish someone for you... etc I have these skills, tho they are not the best, I have them - and I am ready to improve them. I am also very motivated in playing and moderating, as I want to keep everything clean(hacker and rule breaker free) and play and win at the same time. I want to keep islandclash alive, as long as possible and have fun while doing it. This is my goal. This is my mission. This is why you should choose me.

I want to become a staff member because soon the overhaul will come, and that means more players - but all these players won't be 'legit' players. Some of them will be breaking the rules and I want everyone to have fun playing islandclash and if someone starts swearing/hacking, it is not fun, is it? That's why I wanna become a staff member, to get rid of all the rule breakers. I'm not saying that the staff have done a bad job with that so far, but I wanna help with that, so that we can get rid of the rule breakers even faster so that the non rulebreakers can have fun.
