Kyogre YOLO ball method

The Kyogre YOLO ball cluster is 37.78 seconds after soft reset, assuming 23.27 of those seconds are in the main battle menu. If more or less time is spent in the main menu, the offset becomes (37.78 - (2 * added time)). So if 23.30 seconds are spent in the main battle menu, the offset is 37.72.

You can determine your time spent in the main battle menu by using splits. Set a LiveSplit timer to 0.00, and have three splits: Enter battle, Exit menu, Throw ball.

Save as soon as you enter Kyogre's lair. Synchronize the following inputs:
- A+B+Start+Select + start timer hotkey (begin "Enter battle" split)
- A to clear Kyogre text box + split hotkey (aim to hit at 11.51; this ends the "Enter battle" split and begins the "Exit menu" split)
- A to enter the bag + split hotkey (aim to hit at 34.78; this ends the "Exit menu" split and begins the "Throw ball" split)

Finally, throw the ball when the timer equals your adjusted offset (37.78 if all of your inputs were perfect). It's a 3-frame window assuming you correctly calculated your time spent in the main battle menu.

You can enter the battle much faster than 11.51, but we wait in order to manipulate Kyogre's stats. You're aiming for one of the following Kyogres:
