- 1. Tweaked control scheme for Down Special potion selection to make more analogous to Smash:
- The player then confirms their potion of choice with a second tap of B, and it’s a lightning fast selection!
- 2. Reduced Hunky Chunky potion's super armor to weaker attacks to less potent Tough Guy armor in Down Special:
- Cranky now weighs 140 units — five higher than Bowser — and has constant Tough Guy armor comparable to that of the Koopa King as well.
- 3. Reduced Hunky Chunky potion's damage, knockback multipliers in Down Special:
- Additionally, the super-sized Cranky’s attacks now boast 1.4x multipliers on their regular damage and knockback, making many of his already-strong regular moves absolutely devastating!
- 4. Added extra startup frames to attacks used while under Hunky Chunky's potion effects in Down Special:
- In addition ... he takes on another three frames of startup, end and landing lag on every attack.
- 5. Nerfed knockback, shield damage on F-Tilt hit three's downward variant:
- KOs around 120% —> 150%
- Shield damage 10% —> 5%
- 6. Tweaked D-Smash, in terms of charge needed to achieve one, two or three slams, for added mechanical soundness:
- One slam: no charge up to one-quarter charge —> up to one-third charge
- Two slams: one-quarter charge to half-charge —> one-third to just under full charge
- Three slams: half- to full charge —> full charge
- 7. Nerfed, clarified knockback on different D-Smash slam hitboxes:
- One slam: 90-85% —> 120-105% (ground sweetspot); 115-105% —> 145-130% (aerial hit)
- Two slams: 85-70% —> 105-90% (grounded sweetspot); not clarified —> 130-115% (aerial hit)
- Three slams: 70-55% —> 85% (grounded sweetspot); not clarified —> 110% (aerial hit)
- 8. Fixed inconsistency with B-Air's 26 end lag frames
