- This is a pasta sauce, so you can make it to whatever pasta you like.
- You'll need:
- Cream, ~0.75dl
- Parmesan
- Tomato purée
- Pepper
- Salt
- Parsley
- Steps:
- Put the cream, ~1 soup spoon of Parmesan, ~½ soup spoon of tomato purée, and some chopped parsley into a pan, cook it up until it blubbers, then reduce the heat.
- Add salt and pepper, and more of the previous ingredients as necessary until it tastes well.
- Leave it on small heat for a bit until it has a nice creamy consistency.
- Done, serve it with your pasta.
- This is a piss easy recipe and you can even prepare it while your pasta is cooking (don't do it the first time around though or you're gonna be stressed), so it's good if you're in a hurry and/or don't want to bother with too much.
