Email to Sovereign Hill booking service

To whom it may concern,

I just placed an order on your website for the Couples Gold package. Upon
reaching the checkout, I noticed that I was expected to agree to the terms
& conditions found at the following URL:

After downloading the PDF found at that link and opening it up on my rather
slow laptop, I found an 11 page document contained within the PDF.

I do not have a problem reading an 11 page document. What I do have a problem
with is that I was expected to read this document within the 15 minute window
before my session expires and I have to start from scratch. This is not
feasible for the average user.

I suggest to you that you remove the session expiry or extend it sufficiently
to allow for the average person to complete their reading of the terms &
conditions before agreeing to them. Additionally, you should make it clear that
users will be required to agree to the terms & conditions before they reach the
checkout, and provide a link to the terms & conditions before the checkout
stage as well. This would give users enough time to ensure they fully
understand what they are agreeing to before they need to do so.
