<[huh]Meliel> 	[LAST TIME Kaz got dismembered. Meliel snapped, ate some people, and passed out.]

<[Mar]Alataecia> [Sounds like fun.]
06 * Yano groans, her body leaden and the world around her naught but darkness.
<Yano> gnnnahh...
06 * [Mar]Alataecia looks at the newly awaken Yano.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Seems you're awake now...
06 * [nfty]Garnet is there, quietly watching over... someone else?
06 * Yano painfully and slowly heaves herself to a proper sit on the chair, still blind and nearly deaf to the room around her.
<[nfty]Garnet> Oh... you're up.
06 * Yano barely hears Garnet, her own mind not yet even fully functioning.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Garnet, please take care of Yano right now I have some minor details to work out on Kaz.
<Yano> ne- aah?
06 * [nfty]Garnet looks over to the resting form on another bed, then turns and nods to Alataecia. "Please do what you can."
06 * [Mar]Alataecia prepares some bluish transparent fluid and injects it into Kaz.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Forgive me....
06 * Yano 's mind catches the sound of that name, and locks onto it, rising slowly back to full awareness.
<Yano> K-
06 * Yano gives off a rasping cough.
<Yano> Kaz...
06 * Yano manages to lift her eyelids slightly and herself fully up into the chair, though she still can't see anything further than a foot from her face.
<Yano> Kaz... is she alr-
06 * [nfty]Garnet watches Yano steadily.
06 * Yano collapses back down into the chair, a sudden surge of burning weakness racing through her.
<Yano> ...ust practice t... sp...s more...
06 * [Mar]Alataecia walks up next to Garnet and whispers, "There is nothing more I can do for Kaz, but for now please lie to Yano. I don't want to lose another maid."
06 * [nfty]Garnet nods faintly as Alataecia moves away.
06 * Yano groans again as she tries to push herself back up with spent muscles and spirit.
<Yano> aaagh...
<[nfty]Garnet> Yano... please sit down and rest.  You don't need to push yourself.  Things will be fine.
06 * Yano grits her teeth as she tries feebly to rise from the chair.
<Yano> no, i must...!
<[Mar]Alataecia> I'll go attend the master now then, please make sure Yano doesn't exert herself.
06 * [nfty]Garnet moves over and tries to keep Yano seated. "No, it's okay... you overworked yourself too harshly, if you keep going, you'll... it won't be good for you, or Kaz."
06 * Yano remains silent for a short moment, her heart beating heavily. ( for Kaz... )
06 * Yano releases her breath and falls back into the chair, her eyes still closed.
06 * [nfty]Garnet smiles and looks to see how Alataecia is doing.
06 * Yano speaks with a voice ravaged, just as she hears Garnet moving away.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia smiles a bit but the bleeding is showing througn on her forehead.
<Yano> Kaz... is she alright...?
06 * [Mar]Alataecia picks up the master from the corner slouching on the chair.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia sighs.
<[Mar]Alataecia> The things I do for you guys...
06 * [nfty]Garnet looks over to Kaz, then to Yano, and frowns. "You'll wake her up if you keep making such a racket, ya know?"
06 * Yano turns her head to face Garnet with a pained expression, starved for information but also not wanting to disturb Kaz...
<Yano> I... just want to know, quickly...
06 * [nfty]Garnet does her best to comfort Yano.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia teleports with the master in her arms to a different place.
06 * Yano speaks a little bit softer, so as to try and not disturb Kaz.
<[nfty]Garnet> Don't worry for now, you need to rest and regain your strength... that's what she wants, too.
06 * Yano lets out a small breath. ( ...what she wants, too... ) She speaks even more quietly, this time.
<Yano> that means she's fine, right?
06 * [nfty]Garnet speaks softly and quietly. Yeah, she'll be okay.
06 * Yano lies back fully in the chair, visibly relaxing.
<Yano> good... ah, thank you...
06 * Yano starts falling back into unconscioussness, addressing noone particularly...
06 * [nfty]Garnet smiles at Yano as she drifts off, but it's a sad, solemn smile...
06 * [Mar]Alataecia arrives at the master room, preparing to remove the bloody clothes.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Hrm.. his clothes should be right here.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia pulls out a pair of sleeping clothes for him.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia fits the clothes on Master beginning with the pants. Its a good thing I can at least leave on his bottom undergarments.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia cleans off any remaining bloodstains on Meliel's small body.
<[Mar]Alataecia>  The smell of blood, its sickening.. ugh.
06 * [nfty]Garnet watches Yano as she sleeps, waiting patiently for Alataecia to do whatever she is... with the Master... all alone...
06 * Yano ...does not seem to rest easily, however, her mind's eye revisiting the nightmare... She mumbles indecipherably.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia turns to Meliel and gives him a small peck before heading back out.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Please rest master...
06 * [Mar]Alataecia returns to where the others are.
<[Mar]Alataecia> How is Yano doing Garnet?
06 * [huh]Meliel snoozes contentedly.
<Yano> 15no, get back, leave...
06 * Yano mumbles from her remembrance of the battle, although from a different standpoint...
<[nfty]Garnet> ... well, I think you can see she's being tormented very harshly by all of this.
06 * Yano tosses in her chair a little, then giving a feeble sweep of her hand.

06 * [Mar]Alataecia sighs.
<[Mar]Alataecia> And its only begun, it'll be even worse tomorrow. For now.. just let me re-
06 * [Mar]Alataecia slumps down and leans on to the wall in front of Kaz.

<[nfty]Garnet> Get your strength back for now.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia is snoring lightly, all the shit has happen along with the injuring has finally taken a toll.
<[huh]Meliel> [a couple days pass... Yano has flly recovered from her ordeal, and Meliel seems more or less normal again.]
06 * Yano lies back in her bed, finally feeling fit enough to stand and go see Kaz...
06 * [Mar]Alataecia arrives in with some soup for Yano.
<Yano> 15I can go see her now, see that she's alright...
06 * [nfty]Garnet is off doing something with Meliel... so nobody is watching Kaz today.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Yano.. please rest. It's not good for you to walk already.
06 * Yano mutters to herself softly as she sits up in bed. ( ...her arms, her arms, i want to see them, but i don't, that night... )
06 * Yano 's mind remains partially fractured, that sight of torn flesh not having left her mind, not let her rest truly...
06 * Yano looks up to Alataecia with partially clouded, partially blank eyes.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia probably know what's going through Yano's mind right now and does nothing about it, but remaining silent.
<Yano> ...but i can walk now, i can go see her... 14arms.....
06 * Yano shudders slightly, though she keeps her eyes locked onto Alataecia's own.
<[Mar]Alataecia> 14 You.. mustn't
06 * Yano completely disregards Alataecia's will.
<Yano> but i can, i can, 14i can, i can, i can, 15i can, i can...
06 * Yano crawls forward slowly on the bed.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia grips the tray ever harder, to the point you can hear the bowl rattle a bit.
06 * Yano reaches the end of the bed, and in not accounting for it, falls to the floor awkwardly with a thump.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia puts the plate with soup and whatnot to the nearby table and helps Yano up.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Oi... don't hurt yourself again...
06 * Yano persistently and slowly rises on her own, barely even noticing Alataecia.
<[Mar]Alataecia> ...please... stop this.
06 * Yano locks eyes with Alataecia again for a moment before continuing to trudge towards the door in an almost zombie-like, mindless pattern...
06 * [Mar]Alataecia does nothing to stop her but to follow along, preparing for the worst.
<Yano> But i have to go, 14see her i must, her arms i must see, 15they're alright...
06 * Yano stops at the closed door, puzzled as it doesn't open.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Yano... do you really want to see Kaz?
06 * Yano continues muttering to herself, trying to figure out how it works.

06 * Yano doesn't seem to notice Alataecia at all, but then randomly speaks into the air without bothering to turn around.
<Yano> of course i do, i have to see her, congratulate on recovery...
06 * Yano starts running her hands over the door to try and open it, ignorant of the handle and the role it plays.
<[Mar]Alataecia> And if she... isn't?
06 * Yano dismisses it, laughing a little too harshly, loudly, and erratically...
<Yano> ahHAhAhahh... Garnet said she is, you say she is, 14so it's true...
06 * Yano becomes a little frustrated with the hinged wall in front of her.
<Yano> ...this is a door, right?
<[Mar]Alataecia> Its a door alright.
<Yano> 14It won't open...
06 * [nfty]Garnet heads back into the hallways, heading over to check on Alataecia and Yano...
06 * Yano 's hand wanders over accidentally to the handle, catching on and operating it.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia turns around and spots Garnet and teleports to her.
<[Mar]Alataecia> 14 Its too late...
06 * Yano stumbles out into the hallway, falling flat on her front just in front of Garnet.
<Yano> 14so you use your arms, i see, i see it now...
<[nfty]Garnet> ...!  Y-Yano...
06 * Yano starts getting up again, not noticing anyone else.
06 * [nfty]Garnet looks up to Alataecia 1"She... she hasn't been like this all...?"
<[Mar]Alataecia> 14 She's been like this since I visited her today.
06 * Yano turns her head to look at the source of the sound, the coordination diverted resulting in her falling onto her behind.
06 * Yano looks at Garnet with empty eyes.
<Yano> 14oh...
<[huh]Meliel> Oh, oh dear. What's wrong ith her?
06 * Yano smiles at her and waves with too much energy.
<Yano> Hi Garnet! It's good to see your arms still attached!
06 * [Mar]Alataecia eyes Meliel. You know what's going to happen next master.
06 * Yano flattens out on the floor, rolling a little to get a look at Meliel.
<Yano> Yours too! We wouldn't 14want any 15missing...
06 * Yano turns about a bit more on the floor, seeing if she can get up that way.
<[nfty]Garnet> ... I have to say it doesn't seem right to let her go on like this.
06 * [nfty]Garnet sighs.
06 * [huh]Meliel looks at Yano with worry.
<Yano> 14ehhahe... i use mine to get up too, right?
06 * Yano proceeds to rise, supporting herself against the wall.
<[huh]Meliel> Yano...
<Yano> 14Got to go, go to got, got go to, to got go...
<[huh]Meliel> I... I'm sorry... It's my fault...
06 * [nfty]Garnet looks to Meliel, wondering if he has the courage to tell her.
06 * Yano doesn't seem to notice Meliel for a moment, but then speaks nonsense.
<[Mar]Alataecia> I was partially responsible for this as well. Should we open it then?
<[huh]Meliel> Is that what her problem is?
<Yano> ...What are you talking about...?
06 * Yano continues walking slowly down the hall.
06 * [huh]Meliel looks at the door to Kaz's old room solemnly.
<[huh]Meliel> I think we'd better.
<Yano> we all have arms, so it's not your fault we have them...
06 * [Mar]Alataecia eyes are swelling with tears just being near this room.
<[Mar]Alataecia> I-I just can't bear keeping this up a-any longer.
<[huh]Meliel> The lie is like a mortal wound to her. The longer it remains unhealed, the more it festers.
06 * Yano doesn't seem to notice their conversation at all, but asks a simple query.
<Yano> 14hey...1did you move her?
<Yano> 14I know the way to that room, that room the way...
<[huh]Meliel> She hasn't moved, nor been moved, for a while...
06 * Yano starts listlessly plodding off in the direction of the room Kaz was originally taken to.
06 * Yano smiles a bit.
<Yano> 14good, then she's been resting her arms well...
06 * [nfty]Garnet silently follows Yano, dreading what might happen soon...
06 * Yano chuckles a bit as the door to that room enters her sight.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia readies the some cloroform in her pockets in case of worse case scenario.
06 * [huh]Meliel waits silently. She'll have to get through this on her own, after all.
<Yano> uhehHAh... I'm finally closer, 14reclose, recluse...
06 * Yano stops suddenly and exclaims, having come to a revelation.
<Yano> HEY! A recluse is a spider too, 14just like you...
06 * Yano laughs a horrid, broken and nightmarish mockery of elation again.
<Yano> 14h-hey, i ju-haha-, made a rhy-haHa-me!
06 * Yano loses herself and crashes into the wall, cackling uncontrollably.
<[Mar]Alataecia> I can't stand to watch this any longer...
06 * Yano slides down the wall, pounding her fist on the ground in riotous amusement.
06 * [huh]Meliel walks up to Yano, and touches her on the shoulder.
<Yano> AHAHAAHAHAHAHEHA!
06 * Yano looks up to Meliel slightly, with tears of laughter in her eyes.
<Yano> h-heHAH! You-you get it right? 14a spider too, just like you...
<[huh]Meliel> Yano... Kaz is dead.
06 * Yano just cracks up more, thinking it absurd and continuing on her rant.
<Yano> 14hee, i know, i'll make spider rhymes, one for each of her arms...
<[nfty]Garnet> ... we'll just have to open up the room, and let her see for herself.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Right then.
06 * Yano spends a good minute chuckling on the floor before she can move again.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Excuse me for a second while I open the door from inside.
06 * Yano slides back up the wall to a standing position.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia is gone again with a flash of light following by the creaking of a door opening nearby..
<[Mar]Alataecia> ...
<Yano> 14hey, no, i can use doors too... you use your arms, that's the trick...
06 * Yano continues drifting towards the door, not noticing that her hand is bleeding from having beat the ground so vigorously.
<[Mar]Alataecia> No, Yano. This doors open from inside. Only I can open it. Neither can Garnet or the master can open it without brute force.
06 * [nfty]Garnet sniffs the air.
06 * Yano completely ignores Alataecia as she starts plodding a little faster towards Kaz, a huge smile on her face.
<Yano> I can see you now, Kaz, 14healthy and with all of your arms attached...
06 * Yano chuckles, slightly.
<Yano> heehee, i've got a rhyme for you, too~...
06 * Yano ponders aloud what this next rhyme shall be as she approaches the door.
<Yano> 14Kazu, Kazu, you're...
<Yano> 14 like a Nazu? Nazu a like? a Nazue like...?
06 * Yano pushes her way past the door, entering the room.
<Yano> HEY KA-
06 * Yano suddenly stops shouting and lowers her voice to a whisper.
<Yano> 15hey Kazu, i'm here now...
06 * [Mar]Alataecia turns and faces the two.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Should we leave her alone for the being to come to terms?
<[huh]Meliel> ...yeah.
<[huh]Meliel> Make her something to eat. I think she might need it afterwards.

06 * Yano looks around the room and sees Kaz, slightly pale but lying peacefully on the bed...
06 * [Mar]Alataecia walks down the stairs towards the kitchen.
06 * Yano 's heart swells, and her face is renewed with a look of peace...
06 * Yano 's haunted eyes, however, are left behind in this renewal as she quietly approaches the bed.
<Yano> 14Kaz... I'm glad to see you alright...
06[21:47] * Yano pulls up a chair just next to the bed, and sits in it.
<Yano> 14You're just a little pale, but you look alright, Kaz...
06 * Yano giggles, then blushing a little.
<Yano> 14you know, i came up with a little rhyme for you, on my way here...
<Yano> "That's a spider too, just like you..."
06 * Yano blushes just a tiny bit more.
<Yano> 14i was talking about a recluse, then...
06 * Yano runs her hand across Kaz's face, slowly and softly.
<Yano> 14but you're not a recluse...
06 * Yano inadvertantly leaves a small streak of scarlet, just as she notices that Kaz is cold.
06 * Yano 's face goes blank.
<Yano> 14he-Kaz, you're cold...
06 * Yano pulls back her hand in shock, then seeing the bit of blood on Kaz's face.
<Yano> 14y-you're just restin-
06 * Yano 's eyes finally take in the whole image, and her mind races in a loop. ( wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait )
06 * Yano 's eyes go wide and she panics, as a visage of horror takes to her face.
06 * Yano speaks hysterically.
<Yano> 14w-why1 why is she cold? why is she bleeding?
06 * [Mar]Alataecia hears the laughter from below.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Well... here it goes.
06 * Yano chuckles a bit.
<Yano> heh... good one... Where's Kaz?

06 * Yano laughs a little more loudly, and shouts.
<Yano> aHAHAHA, GOOD ONE! I GET IT, KAZ'S SOMEWHERE ELSE!
06 * Yano 's thoughts suddenly do a double-take, and fold back upon their own arguments.
<Yano> w-why is she bleeding!? WHY IS SHE NOT ALRIGHT!?
06 * Yano starts to tear up.
<Yano> s-she should be fine! Her arms are back, attached-sob-like they should be...
06 * Yano gets an idea.
<Yano> yeah, it's only your cheek that's cold, right? There's a bad draft, i felt it as i came in...
06 * Yano lies to herself as she starts patting down Kaz's arms, hoping, wishing, dying to detect any sign of warmth and life...
06 * Yano becomes more frantics as the truth seeps into her, her search becoming less controlled and venturing to new areas.
<Yano> h-hey, you'll be alright, alright! Alright, 14i know you're alright, you have to be alright, 15your arms are here...
06 * Yano 's first tears start falling.
<Yano> 15No, you can't be gone...
<Yano> 14you can't.
<Yano> YOU CAN'T!
06 * Yano 's shrill cry echoes throughout the castle.
<Yano> 14No, no, no no no 1no no no no no NO NO NO!
06 * [Mar]Alataecia does nothing but sob after hearing Yano's cry.
06 * Yano 's tears stream down her face in full, now.
06 * [huh]Meliel holds Alataecia, fighting back his own tears.
<Yano> 14y-you've got to be here, 1you're supposed to still be here, WHY AREN'T YOU HERE!?
06 * [nfty]Garnet looks sadly at her two crying companions, though unable to share their tears of sadness she still feels a similar pain of their loss.
06 * Yano grits her teeth as she hunches over Kaz in pain, her bloodied fist pounding into the bed again and again.
<Yano> DAMMIT, GET UP!
<Yano> Y-YOU'VE STILL GOT M-AGIC TRICKS TO SHOW ME!
<Yano> YOU PROMISED!
06 * Yano collapses onto Kaz now, despair taking her.
06 * Yano puts her ear to Kaz's chest, trying to listen for a heartbeat and finding none.
06 * Yano cries silently for a moment, soon afterwards continuing.
<Yano> H-HERE'S A MM-MAGIC TRICK OF MY OWN, THEN!
06 * Yano places a quick peck on Kaz's lips.
06 * Yano cries even harder when it does not work, despite the feeling behind it...
<Yano> D-DAMMIT, THAT'S SUPPOSED TO WORK! WHY AREN'T YOU GETTING UP?!
06 * Yano places a deeper kiss.
<Yano> WHY?
06 * Yano then backs slowly away from the bed.
<Yano> I-I GGE-ET IT, 14now...
06 * Yano 's voice drops a notch in volume, although it is still very plainly audible from many other areas of the mantion.
<Yano> Y-you're up on the r-a-amparts, watching the stars, and the birds, and the flying a-
06 * Yano doubles over herself, retching and vomiting upon the memory's recall.
06 * Yano finishes and leans back up, backing towards the door while looking ever still at Kaz.
<Yano> I-i'll go there now then, and meet you under Luna!...
06 * Yano edges back towards the door a little more, torn between her objective and remaining here...
06 * Yano ignores the part of her whispering... ( This is a dishonorable act, do not do it... ) as she shifts a tiny bit closer.
06 * Yano then quickly dashes over to the bed and leaps on it, hugging Kaz tightly and delivering one last, deep kiss.
06 * Yano breaks herself away several moments later, running towards and out the doorway.
06 * Yano shouts again.
<Yano> GOO-
06 * Yano stops herself for an instant, and then continues.
<Yano> I'LL SEE YOU UP THERE...!
06 * [nfty]Garnet is walking back towards the room, hoping that Yano's doing okay -- oh.
<[nfty]Garnet> ... What?!
06 * Yano 's footsteps can be heard dashing up to the ramparts and past Garnet, crying and sobbing the whole way.
06 * [nfty]Garnet picks up the pace, moving quickly back to the room when Yano dashes past her. "Yano!"
06 * [Mar]Alataecia stops her tearing for a second upon hearing Yano's voice.
06 * [nfty]Garnet turns and gives chase.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Oh no.. this can't be happening.
<[huh]Meliel> She can't be-
06 * [huh]Meliel looks horrified.
06 * Yano tears down various stands, furniture, and other adornments to try and slow her persuers as she races forth, her mind screaming at her the whole way.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia teleports to the upper floor before the room.
<[Mar]Alataecia> What is going on?
<[nfty]Garnet> She -- I think she's snapped and lost her will to live!  She's heading to the ramparts!
06 * [huh]Meliel runs after Yano.
06 * [nfty]Garnet runs after, her foot catching a fallen pole and causing her to stumble for a few seconds, delaying her while she regains her balance
<[Mar]Alataecia> I'm on my way!
06 * Yano is nearly blinded by her own tears as she rounds several corners and runs up several staircases, finally reaching the star-and-moon lit battlements.
<Yano> KAZ, WHERE ARE YOU...?
06 * Yano feigns looking around, to try and fool herself.
06 * Yano pretends she sees several pairs of waving hands just next to the edges of one of the outer walls.
06 * Yano 's tears double as her sense of honor stabs into her mind, trying to get her to stop.
<Yano> 14AH, S-SO YOU're over there...
06 * [Mar]Alataecia teleports behind Yano to disable her.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Forgive me Yano..
06 * Yano tries to jog over to the edge happily, but then detects Alataecia and runs.
<Yano> KAZ, WAIT!
06 * Yano envisions Kaz moving over the edge of the wall, climbing away to lure her...
<[Mar]Alataecia> KAZ IS DEAD!
06 * [Mar]Alataecia dashes behind her holding down her neck placing a strong smelling cloth into her mouth.
06 * Yano continues to deny it, even though her own mind and all other sources speak it to be true.
<[Mar]Alataecia> 15 I'm sorry it had to turn out like this Yano..
<Yano> NO, SHE'S JUS-
06 * Yano starts to drift off into forced sleep, crying and fighting against it the whole way.
<Yano> 14just- over- 15there...!
06 * [Mar]Alataecia struggles, barely keeping Yano from jumping off.
06 * Yano reaches out with her hand, desperately grasping for that one last gateway to see Kaz again...
<Yano> 14i'll just peek over the wall to look for you, 15why did you have to go...!?
06 * Yano collapses into forced unconsciousness, though her tears never stop flowing. ( Kaz, why...!? )
06 * [Mar]Alataecia pulls her back to a safer spot and lets go.
[23:02] <[Mar]Alataecia> Damn...
06 * Yano could swear that as her eyes closed, she saw Kaz smiling at her and waving, mouthing something...
06 * Yano goes fully slack now, in absolute paralysis of sleep.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Yano...I'm sorry we should have told you earlier. I honestly did not expect for things to turn out like this. When you wake up, I hope we can finally put an end to this nightmare and put it behind us.
06* [nfty]Garnet makes her way up to the walls where Alataecia and Yano are, climbing over various obstacles that were thrown in the path
<[huh]Meliel> Put an end to it?
06 * [huh]Meliel shakes his head sadly.
<[huh]Meliel> My dear Alataecia, this is only the beginning.
06 * [Mar]Alataecia looks up at Meliel.. fearing the worst.

<[huh]Meliel> Word's gonna get out about our slaughter here... I fear that we've just caused more problems.
<[nfty]Garnet> ... I hope we have time to at least sort out what we have now... but in the long run, I have to agree.
<[Mar]Alataecia> Then I'll be here with you and all the maids here until the end.
