The 2016 TotalBeauty Awards Social Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for participation only in the United States (excluding Rhode Island) and shall be construed according to, and governed exclusively by, United States law. Do not participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not a legal resident of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) physically located in the United States (other than in Rhode Island)  at the time of entry or do not fall within the eligibility requirements set forth in the Official Rules below.

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE, DONATION OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK.  BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT FULLY RELEASES FACEBOOK FROM ANY LIABILITY.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:  The Sweepstakes begins on or about 2/4/2016, 2011  a at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on or about 3/4/2016 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by theseOfficial Rules and the decisions of TotallyHer Media LLC (“Sponsor”), 5140 Goldleaf Circle, 3rd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90056, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate sweepstakes if conditions arise that compromise its integrity or intended play.



ELIGIBILITY:  Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia  (excluding Rhode Island)who are eighteen(18) years of age or older and located in the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island)  at the time of entry are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of Sponsor and Sponsor’s advertiser partners and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (and immediate family members and those persons living in the same household of any such officers, directors and employees) (collectively,the “Promotion Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the prize.  Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations, and where prohibited.

All entries must be actually received by no later than the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate.  The Website's database clock will be the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) [JO5] entry per person and/or per e-mailaddress per day.  All requested information on the entry form must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win.  Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.  Any communication, data orother information transmitted by an entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes,whether by electronic mail, data survey/query or otherwise, is and will betreated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.  Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.



NOTE: Internet entry mustbe made by the entrant only at the Website.  Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes.  The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.



PRIZE/ODDS:  One (1) Grand Prize is available[KB6] .  The Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize consisting of beauty products[KB7] . The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $400 [KB8] .  Prizes arenon-assignable and non-transferable.  No casha lternative or prize substitutions will be allowed except that Sponsor retainsthe right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value (or at Sponsor'selection, the cash value of the applicable prize) in the event a stated prize isunavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason.  Odds of winning depend on the number ofeligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

WINNERSELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:  The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted at approximately 5:00 p.m. PST Time on or about 3/3/2016 asset forth below.  Each potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received from the beginning of the PromotionPeriod through the end of the Promotion Period.  The Sponsor will attemptto contact each potential Grand Prize winner by telephone or email using thecontact information given at the time of entry.  If the selected entrantcannot be reached within two (2) business days after the date of the draw orafter two (2) attempts to contact, whichever comes first, or if the selectedentrant is otherwise ineligible, Sponsor shall have the right to choose anotherentrant from the remaining eligible entries.  This process shall continueuntil the applicable Grand Prize has been awarded.  Sponsor shall have noliability for any winner notification that is not received for any reason.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:  The winnershall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and forany other fees or costs associated with the prize awarded.  Potential winners may be required to executean Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a PublicityRelease and any applicable formsrequired by a taxing authority (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).  If a potential winner is notof legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (a “minor”), at Sponsor’s option, the applicable prize either will be awarded inthe name of parent or legal guardian of potential winner, or parent or legalguardian of potential winner will be required to ratify and sign Prize ClaimDocuments.  If a potential winner (or, in the case of a minor, such minor potentialwinner's parent or legal guardian) failsor refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days ofprize notification, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternatewinner may be selected.



GENERAL OPT-IN FEATURE OFSWEEPSTAKES:  Notwithstanding anything inthe Sweepstakes privacy policy that suggests otherwise, this Sweepstakescontains an optional “opt-in” feature which allows entrants to receive moreinformation from the Sponsor or its Promotion Entities that relate to thesubject matter of the Sweepstakes.  Byselecting the checkbox to receive such information you are consenting to thetransfer of the information submitted in your Sweepstakes entry form to thePromotion Entities or Sponsors and each of their partners and such informationmay be used by such parties to send emails or other correspondence to you.  If an entrant chooses to opt-into receive communications from a participating Promotion Entity, his/her entryinformation will be subject to that Promotion



GENERAL RELEASE:  Except where prohibited,participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes a winner’s permission for each ofthe Promotion Entities to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice,biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertisingand/or publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes only worldwide and in allforms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without furthercompensation. Sponsor reserves the right in its solediscretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with theentry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, to be actingin violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like ordisruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimateoperation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any otherperson, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies fromany such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete,forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will beaccepted.



DISPUTES:  By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrantagrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of actionarising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, shallbe resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) anyand all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocketcosts incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, butin no event will attorneys' fees be awarded or recoverable; and (c) underno circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, andentrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive,incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actualout-of-pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied orotherwise increased.



VENUE/JURISDICTION:  EACH ENTRANT HEREBY IRREVOCABLY CONSENTS AND SUBMITS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS, AS APPLICABLE,LOCATED WITHIN THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND WAIVES ANY OBJECTION TO VENUE IN SUCH COURTS.
