How long have you been with us?: I've joined around the time when it launched but never stayed because I was on and off gmod then. I recently returned to HL2RP to enjoy the schene are RP again and found this server. I've been playing on it for a few days. My time here shouldn't impact whether or not I get accepted however my experience should.
Have you had any previous staff experience on Gmod servers? If yes then give a brief explanation: I have. My first staff experience was on Multiverse Gaming as an operator. I took care of minor situations and learned the basic commands fluently. That server was shut down a few months later. I moved onto developing my own community called Nightmare which was a custom server that had nothing to do with HL2 but was placed within the CW:HL2RP schema because the schema is nice. It was full every day I just couldn't properly fund it due to my age at the time, 15. It shut down after a few months and it hasn't been touched ever since I do miss it though. I began to look for other communities after I took a few years off Garry's mod to play other games with friends and enjoy a marijuana addiction. When I came back I found a community called Terminus where I climbed the ranks to Super Administrator and Head Admin to give out lectures and host mini events when I felt were necessary. I dreaded some of the staff members I wish I demoted. Let's just say everyone makes mistakes and they will learn from them. From my experience, I'm looking to replace a few staff members due to the overload of staff.

Why would you like to become staff?: I would like to become staff to improve the server quality and to share my experience with another staff members to hopefully add some umph in there work ethic within the community.
