- PANEL <1>
- Page predominantly in 2X3 panel grid styling, the bottom set of panels being that of the 3X3 panel grid.
- Panel 1 is a Top Left panel, occupying only the one half of the upper tier of the page.
- Shot of the house of the Old man. Framed by a tree and some wild, unkempt bushes. Through the window, in the center of the shit we see the Old man hunching over something and a strong light next to him. Or rather we see a silhouette of him rather.
- Time of day in the panel is that of late night/early morning. Somewhere around 2-3am.
- Frame shot via the shadows which taper towards the next panel, the tree and some fencing which surrounds the house.
- Render tree in full black, with attention to outlining the tree in white ink from out of the shadows casted on the house. Same with the fencing which is rendered in black with the occasional slip of white ink as to give the feeling of it being wood, or at least not one solid object, but made of many objects crafted into one.
- Render Old man via cross hatching rather than rendering him as much as possible in detail.

- PANEL 2
- Panel 2 is a Top Right panel, occupying the second half of the upper tier of the page.
- We enter the house, and into the room where the source of light and where the Old man is inside.
- Shot is angled from a high position along the top left corner of the room. From this angle on a shelf, which serves as framing, we start to see some of the Old man's character via his choice of shelf decoration, as well as the books occupying the space near where the "camera" is located. Angling also helps in establishing the depth and perspective of the scene, which allows it the realism to accompany the Toth-ian inspired cartoon-realism designs.
- The Old man is seen hunching over an as of yet, unseen object. A lamp is seen next to him, lighting his investigation, and is angled so that we see it as a 3D object, somewhere around 60 degree angle view from the top left. His arms are partially stretched out over the table.
- Lighting is arranged in tiers of brightness, brightest comes first: 150 watt lamp on the Old man's left, the hallway lights spilling into the room via the door on the far side of the room, also to his left, and on the right is the weak moonlight creeping in. Thus emphasis on darkness on the right side of the Old man, with some strips of light on his right side, along the cheeks and neck.

- PANEL 3
- Panel 3 is a panel occupying both sections of the middle tier of the page.
- Flat shot of what he's looking at. A bill.
- On the table we see his hands. His left we see is stretching the bill, via his pinky and index fingers of his left hand. His right is resting on a notebook, one full of proposed theories and possibilities to the meaning behind the symbolism of the imagery on the bill. Of course these theories and tangents must be bent and strange, and oddly specific in their analysis. Right hand is holding a mechanical pencil, foreshortened as to give a sense of depth.

- PANEL 4
- Panel 4 is a panel in the 3X3 grid format, occupying the bottom left section of the bottom tier of the game.
- Old man covers his face with his hands. Left hand to cover the left hand side of his face. Face is supposed to express tiredness and the creep of sleep, a yawn or a sigh being exhaled from his mouth.
- The face is shaded to make way for the hand, as well as the bright, shining lamp to his left. Only the right hand side of his face is seen, even then only a portion of it due to angle of the lighting, thus hiding most of his face from view. But do make note to reveal the eyes and mouth through this darkness.
- The angle of the shot is extremely close to that of the face, thus cropping most of his forehead and beard. Thus a majority of the panel is that of the face of the Old man.
- To the right of the Old man, which is a lot brighter as compared to the left thus using contrast to try and lead the eye to the next panel, has a part of the desk being used by the Old man, and the table next to it with a coffee mug on top of said table.
- Maybe add some effects simulating the heat that the coffee is giving off which floats to the right?

- Small bridging panel between Panel 4 and Panel 5. To be found at the Top Right and Top Left of the two panels.
- Old man's hand is reaching for something towards the right (his left).
- NO DIALOGUE
- PANEL 5
- Panel 5 is a panel in the 3X3 grid format, occupying the bottom middle section of the bottom tier of the game.
- Flat angle of the Old man drinking from his coffee mug, and crop his body. The expression on his face, as much as can be seen, is that of deep thinking as he squints, his eyes pointed towards the bill.
- Coffee mug is foreshortened to give it the sense of depth. Try to give a sense of depth via the angle of the lamp?
- Old man's body is cropped. Crop out right side, our left, as well as parts of his head, we could still see his eyes and a bit of his forehead as well as everything on the left, our right, but the right ear and temple is not seen.

- PANEL 6
- Panel 6 is a panel in the 3X3 grid format, occupying the bottom right section of the bottom tier of the game.
- Close up on the Old man's face. The expression on his face is that of surprise, emulate that one shot of the Nazi Scientist in Hellboy: Wake the Devil when the Lobster and the Murrikan soldiers popped in, but give it a happier bent to it and less fear.
- The face is partially shaded. Top part of the head is cropped.
- Coffee mug is mostly cropped, but the tip of it can be seen at the bottom edge, on the far bottom right corner, along with some coffee flying out of the mug as the Old man realizes something.
- OLD MAN
- "Yes! Yes! It all makes sense now!"
