The latter are even considered more preferable.

Warrior Classes of the "Order of Dark Knights", the ones I introduced earlier in this book are mostly recruited from monster girls, but there are more human men than monsters among the Dark Esquires. Basically, the Dark Esquires are volunteers who volunteered to support their spouses, who are Dark Knights. At the same time, some single men also strive to become esquires. In such cases, one of the pair became the “Alp” and the Dark Esquire, while the other remained a man and became the Dark Knight. And of course, the Esquirers call their husband a master not only because of the feelings of "Fidelity" and "Respect."
