Dream - 7/30/2021

Part 1: Going back in time in Gastown
I was at Grandville Island in Gastown. With me was my sister, my sisters bf, one of her old swim friends and Nippo. As we we’re driving through the area, it was like we were going back in time. Once we reached the end of this road that probably doesn’t exist, we found a park. This park isn’t front Granville but it had a playground I had not seen since my childhood. It was very basic but some of the obstacles were high up in the air and I was never able to reach them as a kid. We all could now so we had some fun.

Then I noticed I was suddenly alone, everyone else suddenly moved to this outdoor church like area. When I walked over to join to hear what they were talking about, a zombie suddenly appeared and chased us inside a school. Remember how I said we like went back in time, it appeared this school was built 100 years ago (also fictional). But it wasn’t acting as like a school, more of a mental asylum. Everyone was zombie-like, some more crazy than others. We kept running because we didn’t want to interact with any of these people. I noticed we had gone 4 floors down and sudden me and my sister got separated from the rest of them.

Me and my sister made it to the lunch room where we found my sisters old swim friend. We went inside this small back room with a long desk and chalkboard. Apparently my sisters swim friend told me Nippo was with my sisters bf and my sisters bf got severely injured. I then randomly said “HI” to see if anything would pop out and surely enough a bald figure appeared behind the desk. This guy seemed somewhat sane however so he told us how we could escape.

We quickly planned things out and then went back out to the cafeteria. We then found Nippo helping my sisters bf, he was bleeding all over. We tried the first door we saw, locked. We tried the second door, also locked. We went back to the first door and miraculously it had opened this time to an emergency exit. We all left and closed the door shut. We found my parents waiting in front of us worried sick.

Part 2: Modded Splashdown Park
My sisters bf was taken home because he was out of it. We drove up this extremely steep hill somewhere on the outskirts of Vancouver (all of this is fictional). We wouldn’t be able to drive up a hill this steep in real life, it was also very strangely sloped in a way but dreams are epic that was sorta like man made. We made it to the top and found a water park that doesn’t exist (this is now a reoccurring dream).

Splashdown park is a waterslides park that was renamed to “Big Splash Waterslides” in Tsawwassen. But this splashdown park and it was not in Tsawwassen. It was also very zoomer, everyone came with USB drives with spritesheets so they could slide as lil pixel art characters. My sister was a fox, her friend and Nippo was a dog, but I hadn’t brought one with me so I had to try and quickly make an Emolga sheet. But a lot of the dream was me stressing to even get started but I had to do it on like my phone.

There were some employees who weren’t very nice to me. They kinda chased me around while I was making my character so I couldn’t get anything done while all my friends were sliding. It was fun watching all of the pixelated chilbi animals slide down, I wanted to join them though 🥺. Eventually I finished my spritesheet and went inside the waterpark, picked up Nippo and gave him some pets. I then turned into an Emolga and we all started sliding together.

Next to the water park was this single huge 100meter waterslide that would launch you into the ocean. Everyone was human again so I told them let’s slide off of this for fun, but everyone was nervous for obvious reasons despite all of us being very strong swimmers (dunnu about Nippo but I assumed he was).
