  1. Note: Unlike the other stories from the "Woke up as a Pokemon" threads, this story is set in the Pokemon world of the main series video games, rather than in the real world.

  5. >wake up back at my aparment after long shift at the pokemon center
  6. >I'm overheating like a mother fucker
  7. >hard time shoving my blanket off like it feels heavy
  8. >realize I'm covered in fur
  9. >look down, I'm a giant bunny
  10. >screaming panic
  11. >try to speak words and can't form them only lopunny sounds
  12. >more screaming panic
  13. >look at hands, have tiny bunny fingers under the fur
  14. >grab phone to call someone out of desperation
  15. >see text alert flashing on screen
  16. >apparently a tiny amount of people all over the world have woken up as a pokemon
  17. >too scared to go outside just curl up back in bed and read news on phone
  18. >missed calls from work
  19. >post on social media saying Bill is looking into the situation
  20. >Devon corp plans on bringing out their prototype poke translator early
  21. >public statement from oak tonight apparently

  28. >realize i haven't eaten since i woke up as a lopunny
  29. >go to kitchen in my apartment
  30. >want to get a bowl for cereal
  31. >too short to reach cabinet above the counter where the bowls are stored
  32. >struggling to climb
  33. >feel light and think maybe I can just jump up the counter since I got big lopunny legs now
  34. >jump and my head hits the ceiling

  38. >decide to head outside my apartment
  39. >feel weird going out without any clothes on. Legs too wide for pants, but able to put on a t-shirt. Kind of looks like a dress on me
  40. >head out. Expecting a lot of commotion but things seem normal. I guess less people turned into pokemon than expected
  41. >on the way to the pokemon center some people see me, a mom and her two teenage children.
  42. >they're excited to see a lopunny and wave at me. They wonder why I'm wearing a shirt
  43. >ask me if I have a trainer or if I'm a wild pokemon. Try to talk again but its just Lopunny sounds
  44. >trying to figure out how to communicate that im actually a person
