  1. Admin Guide/Checklist.
  2.
  3. WEDNESDAY/RESET JOBS:
  4. (to be done in this order)
  5. 1. Check the #absent-guardians channel
  6. 2. Remove inactive members
  7. 3. Invite players from the #clan-waiting-list channel
  8. 4. Post the free spots in clan 1 and 2 in announcements and save them for people that want to transfer for at least 24 hours. (delete post when spots fill)
  9. 5. Reply to any new clan application dm's and either put them on the waiting list or invite them
  10.
  11. CHECKING THE ABSENT GUARDIANS CHANNEL:
  12. - Scroll through the list and delete any posts that are no longer valid or unnecessary
  13. - Keep this channel open while you remove inactive guardians and keep referring to it so no one is wrongfully kicked.
  14.
  15. REMOVING INACTIVE MEMBERS:
  16. - Remove any player that has not played in the last 14 days
  17. - If space isn't urgently required (ie. no one is on the waiting list) you may use you own judgement when deciding if a player should be kicked if they are slightly over the 14 day limit
  18. - The inactivity limit for admins is 30 days. If they are over this limit and you haven't heard from them in a while, send them a dm before you kick to let them know they've been removed but are welcome to rejoin whenever they come back
  19. -In-game admins may only be kicked by Naircol

  24.
  25. INVITING FROM THE WAITING LIST:
  26. - Invite from the top down (Players that have been on the list the longest are up the top
  27.
  28. INVITING NEW MEMBERS:
  29. Any applying members must answer these questions. You can copy paste this questionnaire to send if you want:
  30. 1 - Are you over 18?
  31. 2 - Do you reside in Oceania or a similar timezone?
  32. 3 - Do you consider yourself a social player and/or are you willing to meet new people and make new friends while playing D2?
  33. 4 - Do you have access to a decent quality mic?
  34. 5 - What is your opinion on hacking, afk botting, pinnacle weapon cheesing etc?
  35.
  36. Acceptable answers:
  37. 1 - Yes
  38. 2 - Yes (we can make exceptions if they have a special circumstance)
  39. 3 - Make your own judgement on this question as there could be many answers. Pretty much any answer is acceptable apart from 'No, I prefer to play by myself' or anything along those lines.
  40. 4 - As long as they have a mic that doesn't sound absolutely horrible it's fine. If they don't have a good mic, tell them to re-apply once they have one. (A $40 pair of headphones with a mic should be fine)
  41. 5 - They must be against these to be accepted to the clan. If they don't know what afk botting or weapon cheesing is, that's fine. Just make sure they are aware of the clans stance on it.
  42.
  43. If they meet those criteria, you can send them an invite (If the player looks like they might be brand new to the game, make sure they are serious about the game in general or tell them to re-apply when they get to max character level)
  44. Once they have been invited, remember to:
  45. - Give them both the 'Clan Member' and 'Clan # Member' roles
  46. - Tell them to read the #clan-rules channel when they have a spare minute
  47. - Remind them about the #role-assignment and #click-here-to-raid channels
  48. - Let them know you are happy to answer any questions they might have about the clan or game in general
  49.
  50. MISCELLANEOUS STUFF:
  51. - Once the clan waiting list reaches 25 people (New players, not transfers) stop adding to it and post in announcements that we aren't recruiting and to check back in a week or two
  52. - If the Clan waiting list has been empty for 2 weeks and clan 3 has less that 60 active members, feel free to make a larger recruitment effort (Posting on Bungie forums and lfg discords etc)
  53. - If someone needs to ban a member or kick someone for breaking clan rules, please post a summary of who/when and why it was done in the admin channel so there is no confusion between admins.
  54.
  55. If you have any other questions, send me a dm :)
  56. -Nair
