Alliance between Candy Land and Cookie Squad

This is a document drawn up to describe the benefits, purposes, the terms and agreements between the two guilds regarding the alliance.

Benefits:
=========
- more participation in events
- easier, faster access for both sides to smith services at a discount.
- better funding for events - with both sides contributing to the same sum of spina for a prize, it lessons the load for the leaders of both sides.
- flow of information - important tips / prediction / mechanics information of Toram shared between the two sides to make boss killing, farming and making spina easier and more efficient.  Afterall, knowledge is money.
- increased activity for both guilds - even if we become semi-rivals, it would inspire both sides to bring the best to the table.. Plus more people means more participation in events and in leveling sprees.
- Both sides can sell their goods more reliably

As discussed, the actions taken by both sides after the Alliance would include:

- Joint events, mutually funded for and by both guilds
- A shared discord server, where events are announced.  The server shall also serve as a hub to exchange and share information between the two guilds.
- Both guilds have equal access and rights to buy and sell on the Market.  Prices of the market will be at least 10% lower than Consignment Board, or forums, depending on the product or service sold or bought.

Both guilds will follow these terms and agreements:

- There will be no scamming, begging.  Nada, zilch.
- Members of either guild will not cause trouble for the other guild.  Both guilds will treat each other with respect.
- Joint events will be funded equally by both guilds.
- Services will either have all mats provided, or given at a slightly reduced rate, as compared to forums. They will not be free.
- Both guilds reserve the right to request to the other to purge a member if a member of either guild harrasses or causes trouble for the other.
- Both guilds will agree to keep their guild and members active
