Currently I get 34-45/100, I want to get at least 90/100,
How I can do it ?

Currently I run Bing Ads campaign with low budget.
The next steps I going to do,
-Order 10 articles with low competition keywords

For page Speed Optimization - Move to Developer.
At present your website is not creative enough. Make your home page creative, Do Proper formatting, Put proper blocks in it. Do Internal Linking. Go with Content optimization.
Go with On-Page - title, keywords, image tags, keyword density, blog page optimization, H1 tags...
Move to Off Page - Link building
Do social media
Put the social media pages to website.

Your website is good and simple.
If you use some images on your website then it will look more attractive and grab the users interaction towards it. There is no need to change your website design but you should place all the content and elements in a manner like if anyone visits to your website, he/she do not instantly close it because it is not that attractive.
You need to make some changes in the body part of the websites, lots of free space are there.
For Organic Promotion, follow the SEO techniques and optimize your website for the Search Engines and Users as well.
The very first thing you should do is the On-Page Optimization by doing a proper keyword research.
Then go with the of page activities for link building, like blogging, guest blogging, content marketing etc.

Where your content is, placed the appropriate images with your content as we know images worth more for users or you can also use the infographics.

Proper keyword research always the first part of optimization and to rank web pages.
Determine the keywords you want ranking for and search them on Google or Search you want to rank on and also find the similar keywords, what people searching more
Check the traffic for your each targetted keywords (your main keywords)

or you can opt the paid tools like

Once you select the keywords for you then set the appropriate and best Title for your page (Page Title), write the proper description to your page that defines the page or your service or product. Description will show on the SERP when someone search for the particular keyword you will ranking for
Use keywords in the Description and Title also in the keywords but do not stuff keywords.
Do not use the same Title for another Page.

It looks better than before, use png images because the image you used in the body section of a family is not matching with the website design to use the image without background. Again content is more important and your home is lacking the content.
As you said it is not completed yet, so, I think you are working on it to make it more user-friendly and search engine friendly.
One more thing, do not use the heavy images as you used in the banner, compress them because that does not load faster.

The images will be replace with PNG & compressed images.
What you mean "lacking of content", I don't want to overload content on the users in homepage.
