- I don't think its about needing, its more about adding value, more value to the links. Its not 0 and 1. So yes, add relevant tier 2s
- Yes because that’ll shoot more power to your tier one which will shoot more power then on to your money site

- how about this:
- tons of links on spammy webs to my wordpress and blogspot blogs, these blogs have niche related articles and links to my quality blogs(pbn? unique niche content, some social signals, variety of backlinks) and these link to my money site. Is this considered safe and a good way to boost my rank?
